Right now they are getting trained because they did something wrong. So this is what we do a lot, every morning, as they come out here. Whats a day like in the life of an Us Coast Guard recruit . Depending on the week every training, they are learning self discipline, military drill, how to be in the military. And as they transition through training, you know, they learn more and more whatever it means to be a coast guard man, and learn what they need to know to serve in the fleet. Basically, everything we do here, prepares them to serve. This lasts about seven and a half weeks, you told me. So youre going from people getting off the bus and at the end theyre ready to go .
