Not until 20th of march, it is still astronomical winter, so we cannot be surprised if winter makes a bit of the come backy keep telling myself that it looks like it will. We talk earlier with the march forecast first day of the month, tenth to the 15th and we have three systems one on the tenth, one on the 12th and to the south and one on the 14th but this pattern for next five days or so is getting mighty active. It looks like we may see possibly some of our best chances to see snow this winter. It has been a pretty quiet winter. Only fitting Mother Nature says give them a taste of winter on my way out. Lets look at what is happening outside. We have a beautiful, sunset happening right now, look at this shot, from Parkway Central Library camera, it is just a couple days ago last week when we could not see the sun on this particular shot, it dropped below building. Wind will stick with us through tonight. Looking at storm scan three shows a whole lot of nothing across northeast at lee for now. That will change as our next clipper system head our way up over Northern Plains but this will head our way very quickly clippers tend to be fast moving and they tend to be moisture starved, and it has been so warm, ground so warm, road are so warm even if we do get accumulation with this next system it does not look like a huge deal but in the poconos, Higher Elevations those areas could possibly see 3 inches or slightly more from this system. Here it is, tomorrow at 5 00 we will see it brewing in western pennsylvania but it is overnight tomorrow night and into friday morning this starts as snow and could stay snow for several hours, north and western suburbs, the snow makes it in the city, just in time for friday morning commute and it will not stick to the road, we will have low visibility for friday morning commute. That will slow you down all across the area. 9 00 a. M. Snow down the shore not sticking that will move off the coast, and we can see scattered snow squals, right through friday afternoon. Another system possible next tuesday, and this one once again does bring threat for some snow. Here overnight hours we will drop down to 41. Clear, chilly, blustery.
