Reporter from delayed flights. Nightmare. Reporter to long security line. We are people, humans not cattle. Reporter flying can be a frustrating experience. Now the Transportation Department is proposing new rules to ease some of that pain. Starting with luggage. The government already required carrieres refund check bag fees when luggage is lost. New rules will go a step further and include refund for bags that are substantially delayed. Also, when it comes to flight delays, airlines would not only have to reporter that own delays but their regional partners as well. And there could be shore transparency when you buy a ticket on line, sites that sell Airline Tickets would be prohibited from favoring one airline, and not showing all available ticket rises. Not everyone is happy with the proposal. Airlines for herc, a pro Airline Trade organization, cautioned the rules could harm customers, by reregulating how Airlines Sell their products, driving up the cost of air travel. Some of the new rules will take effect in the coming months, others, have been yet to be finalized. Rules require airlines to admit more mistakes like how often they failed to properly help customers, who need wheelchairs. Reporting for three on your side, im jim donovan. We will get rain out of here midday saturday and then temperatures drop and wind will pick up, and you will need jacket heading out saturday night. Overnight partly cloudy, mild 60 degrees your low. Tomorrow partly sunny, couple showers are possible, still warm, 77, keep in mind record for tomorrow is 80. We are not even that far off record tomorrow, friday, clouds, showers, especially in the afternoon and evening, we will start saturday with showers, and then 60 degrees is misleading, first of all we hey be hard pressed to get to 60.
