You can see some family and friend they have just begun to gather here in West Philadelphia on the very stoop where 18 yearold nijay seedily was just minding her own business but she was shot, and killed, saturday night, by a stray bullet. Police tape still marks three bullet holes from a gunfight, 18 yearold nijay was not a part of but one which killed her. We were all with each other that same day. We were laughing and having fun. Reporter ni jays says they were relaxing down the street when bullets down knee salford and callowhill started flying.
