Police say Oscar Riveria herrera a broke in the apartment ape sexually assaulted a six yearold girl. Investigators say herrera admitted to climbing through a window at hatfield Village Apartments early monday morning. That girls older brother called 911 and her stepbrother held herrera a down until police arrived. There will be more perjury charges when Pennsylvania Attorney general Kathleen Kane goes on trial, judges ruling follows a preliminary hearing in norristown. New charges stemmed from the discovery of the binding of secrecy to, grand jury matters. The prosecutors say kane lied when she testified that she never signed such an oath.
