Investigators are working to determine if a home owner was ago nothing selfdefense or malice when he open fire killing a father of two. Reporter if you look at this case it gets in toy a whole host of issues but at the very top level, prosecutors will now have to determine if this was a case of simple selfdefense or if this was a case of over aggression and use of excessive force. That is when and where a 56 yearold man tells police he sees a man break nothing to his pickup truck on Surveillance Video. Police say man confronts the thief and shoots him in the head before calling police. The the shooting victim we would later find out is a 30 yearold new jersey man father of two, his friend say he was just mistaken possibly mistaken the truck for his own and case of mistaken identity. The the shooter has since come forward, handed his gun to police, hand that had Surveillance Video over to police and said he was defending himself and that property. Prosecutors will now have to make that determination. Meanwhile, we spoke to a neighbor who lives nearby. If they are breaking into his property i dont see why he could not defend himself. He should aloud to deeven if himself. That is just the way it is. What else can you do shot or be shot. Reporter prosecutors will also look at the the expanded Castle Doctrine in this case. More than a dozen people are recovering from neck and back pain after a septa bus accident in montgomery county. Police say that the route 55 bus was making a stop on old york road in cheltenham when it was rear ended by a pepsi truck friday afternoon. Meanwhile more people will be flying over the the Labor Day Weekend compared to last year, according to airlines for america which expects 14 million travelers, up 2 percent from 2013. Triple a forecast that almost 35 million americans will travel at least 50 miles from home by car or plane. That is up 1. 3 percent compared to last year. New one of the things you will be finding out there are some showers, and youll see them through the lehigh valley, through reading and also points north, do they stay points north . Our members told us, you know, go in there take up as long as you can he and get this deal done. It was good. It was a good deal. If ratified more than 10,000 blue collar city workers will get an up front bonus of 2,800, a 3. 5 percent raise now and another two and a half percent next year.
