A look at hurricane nicole spinning across the atlantic, the storm category three, currently passing over the island of bermuda. 60,000 people live on the island. Residents and businesses boarded up windows, made last minute Grocery Store runs, nicole is expected to unleash destructive winds and flooding rain on the island. Just look at people getting ready for this. Yes. And it is good to see that they are, in fact, and they had the warning ahead of time, so that they could get us as ready as possible, but this storm, put it this way, bermuda no match for it, so much larger than the island itself. In fact, to the point that it actually sat in the middle of the eye. Such a tiny island by comparison to the size after storm, so yes. And we will give you the sense of where this storm is headed. Thankfully no threat to north america. We dont have to worry about it. Even no indirect impact coming from this, but, notice this, as the eye passed over bermuda over the last hour and a half or so, this satellite imagery is a little skewed. But regardless, it shows you that if you look real closely, watch this eye, it is basically just bigger than the islands itself, as you can imagine, still hurricane warnings posted for this area. But this gives you even better sense where the current just center of the circulation is with this storm. It went right over that island, and it is pretty rare. I mean, you are talking about tiny target here. Pretty trier see storm of this strength, go right over the island, meantime, as we had mentioned, still category three storm system, continuing to track to the northeast, will continue to weaken, but the damage is unfortunately being done as we speak. Though as we mention there was no direct threat to any other lands masses, and this is going to continue to weaken with time. In the meantime, hear at home, really all we have to worry about are some clouds, bit of breeze kicking up, and shower here and there, and we are certainly finding that and the timing really worked out as expected so the far north and west suburbs hint every rain. Even watch this last three hour loop, you can see how the moisture starts to just fizzle, through west virginia, will continue to happen here as well, bulk of the moisture is sent off to the north. Really just dealing with a shower, here and there, so this particular future weather, initialization for me, a little over done. I do think youre going see shower at some point over the next hour or two, back through southeastern pennsylvania, heck, maybe even as late as 3 00 or even 4 00 p. M. But really it, looks like things will be drying out, and you probably are not going to have to deal with anything left over in the way of wet weather in time for the typical evening rush. We are completely in the clear by later tonight as the colds front crosses through. Meantime, we have been exceeding expectations with daytime highs. The average high on this day, 68 degrees, and we expect to exceed that by couple of degrees, by november 13th, talking upper 50s, then comedies 13th, as would you expect, it is a little cooler and at best we tip beingly only top off mid 40s. So tough to think thats on the way, but today, we should still evening out pretty mild afternoon, with the isolated shower to the north and west, basically talking the northwest half of the Delaware Valley at best shot to see any wet weather. I still dont think it is really enough that it absolutely requires an umbrella, though, later tonight, under couple of clouds, cold front will have done it job. We drop to 49 degrees, so it is cooler. And then, again, that cool front does it job to keep the temperatures at bay both tomorrow and saturday. Mid to upper 60s at best, but in full sunshine, crisp, cool, barely breeze, it really looks nice. Sunday not bad either. Few additional clouds. Then the next system is moving in on monday, so, the clouds continue to rebuild, and we will likely see additional showers there. Overall, still really nice looking forecast. Yes, still really nice looking forecast. Cold enough for you . Thats fine. Just right. All right, it is hard to talk philly sports these days, without hearing the name carson wentz. The rookie qb suffered his first lost sunday, but hes still impressing on and off the field.
