This morning clinton told reporters she was thrilled with the debate and said the choice is clear. Demeanor, his temperament, his behavior on the stage, could be seen by everything, and people can draw their own conclusions. Donald trump demonstrated the restraint and the temperament that the American People retire for the presidency. Twitter says of the more than 10 million tweet, 62 were about trump, 38 were about clinton. On facebook, the results were little bit more lob sided with trump mentioned 79 of the post, 21 of the post was about clinton, top special moment of the debate when trump said his strongest asset was his temperament. The day helped americans under stands that various registration deadlines and reminds people of the importance of voting. Remember, if youre not registered, you cant vote in the november election. The latest polls, keep in mind, these were released before last nights debate but candidates at statistical dead heat, in pennsylvania trump leads by one percentage point, which is why the Vice President this morning, is pushing for Voter Registration, and kicking off a volunteer Voter Registration drive. In other news this noon, the Investigation Continues into the row home fire that claimed the lives of two wilmington firefighters. Now learning about their services. The viewing for senior firefighter jerry fickes, jr. Is thursday from 5 00 until 8g at grace lutheran in hokessing. Services for lieutenant Christopher Leach begin friday morning Saint ElizabethCatholic Church in wilmington. Joint memorial is set for saturday at noon at the chase center on the wilmington riverfront. Meanwhile, in new york, firefighter was killed this morning after a house exploded in the bronx section of the city. Firefighters were responding to report of a gas leak, but say they found much more than that. Officials say when they arrived at the home, they discovered what appeared to be a drug lab. Police were called to the scene, then the house exploded. Six officers taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Fire officials have not released the name of the fire fight here died, you can see, from the scene, the two story house is gutted and debris covering the streets and parked cars. Here is some welcome news for drivers in philadelphia. Chopper three live over the walnut lane bridge which just reopened to traffic. The bridge has been shutdown since april. The roundswas since august. Crews will keep working on constructing the sidewalk, and make repairs to the concrete arch as part of nearly 15 million project to fix up the historic bridge. It was built in 1907. And carries nearly 17,000 vehicles per day over the wissahickon creek. Well, the rain is moving out. But before long, more rain will be moving in. I good afternoon, jim, looks as though at least going to get through the rest of today and into tonight, not to mention most of tomorrow before the next round of rain hits us. That leaves essentially 24hour window for you before the next round every rain comes. Now, again, we could use that rain. But, yes, at this point it looks like it is somewhat of an unsettled forecast, trying to plan outdoor plans around this. So let me walk you through. Start it off by taking quick glance at storm scan3, important to note, there are still some showers, we thought this might happen down near the southeast most communities here in the delaware valley. So specific to the shore, we throat the satelite composite over top of there is notice, tail of two forecasts, down the shore youve got steadier rain still pushing through coming through in pockets, cloudy conditions through the better part of southeast new jersey and delaware, but then here on the skydeck, and certainly further inland, it is clear as a bell. That sun starting to really shine through the clouds. And it will continue to do so as the afternoon progresses. One thing somewhat uniform is temperatures flirting with or just above the 70 degrees mark in most spots, and as these clouds continue to break, we expect youre probably going to tack another 4 degrees on for daytime high in the city. Very typical daytime high of 75 degrees, still, cloudy, still very dreary though at the shore points, but, you go up to the mountains, it is beautiful, plenty of sunshine, couple of patchy clouds left over, and temperatures into the mid 60s at best. Now we talked about the break. Coming up, the chances go up pretty significantly. For us to see additional rain. So, quite the bell curve that you ends up with here. When you are talking about rain chances in the days ahead, so coming up later in the show, of course, talk about why this rain is returning, and also, why it looks like those chances for rain dont really diminish all that much toward the weekends. But as we take you next, to live Neighborhood Network shot, live picture guys. And it is beautiful outside, beautiful fall day unfolding whitt fields elementary school, technically in west lawn, pa. Beautiful, again, beginning to the afternoon. That said, we have needed the rainfall, so deer i conditions down the shore arent necessarily something that we dont want to see. Rainfall deficits since january 1 is over four and a half inches in philadelphia, specifically so we could use the rain, this front will continue to clear the coast with time. So just give it that time. We will start to dry things at the shore and everywhere else, already done so as this continues to push taught sea. The thing is, well see our next storm system already move in come late tomorrow. And here it comes from the northwest, midwest, as it moves in, it gets cut off from the main flow of energy. Jet stream lift to the north there is gets cut off, as a result, just kind of sitting in limbo. Nothing to shove it out to sea. So we remain unsettled, through the rest of thursday, friday, very likely into the better part of saturday, as well, because again, it is not going to be pick up and moved away by the main flow of the atmosphere, forecast rain amounts impressive depending on location. We take you through the rest of the day here, some rain, couple of tents of an inch, half inch in some spots, but already by tomorrow evening that next system coming in with the rain will build in, rotate through from south to north, essentially, and as early as tomorrow evening, we will be dodging more rain. Now this is rough stuff, brooke, talking to you, beyonce concert at the linc, so on thursday night, looking like we could have about inch every rain on the ground already by that point. She is worth it. She is worth it. Gives you the heads up. May not want to deal with the intrinsic air style, may want to go out with your rain gear and poncho, and have excellent time. Be ready to get wet thursday night. But it is not just thursday t likely continues into friday and likely even left over shower saturday. We could easily ends up with multiple inches of rainout of the storm system, depending where you are, we could have upward of 4 inches talking over span of several days, but prolonged system, as we look at the seven day, rest of today has been drying out, will continue to do so, tomorrow looks good through the daylight hours, but then tomorrow evening at the earliest the rain starts to move in. I keep the umbrella ready from that point through thursday, friday, showers become a lot more scattered in nature, and we could even have lingering shower saturday.
