Jim, brooke. I just want to be very clear about this, arthur buckle was at a facility on the ground of ancora pschiatric hospital. But hes not a pschiatric patient. It just so happens that bayside prison has a satellite facility here on these grounds, and the only reason it is here is because this is state property. So, there is no association between buckle and the pschiatric hospital. Lets get right to his picture, show you what he looks like, police do want people to be on the lookout in this area. He is 38 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, ways about 180 pounds, and he has a small tatoo under his left eye. Officials say he wasnt present during a 6 00 a. M. Head count this morning, and thats when the search began with the department of corrections and local police. Now, buckle is at minimum security satellite facility at bayside prison which houses about 300 inmate. Thats much smaller than bay side main prison which has closer to 2,000 inmates. Now, buckle, this is very interesting, he was eligible or is eligible for parole in about three weeks. He was just sentenced to go to prison back in january. Just shortterm. Hes in prison for aggravated assault, as well as some controlled substance drug charges. So as of right now, they are continuing the search right now. They doesnt want to talk about where theyre searching, what assets theyre using because they dont want to they want to help arthur buckle, latest were hearing from the department of corrections that the search is ongoing. Theyll update as soon as hes located but for everyone in the area please be on the lookout. Reporting live in winslow township, cleve bryan, cbs3, Eyewitness News. Thanks so much, cleve. Thats right. More rain on the way even though the ray we had on earlier this morning starting to taper off completely, just left with clouds, damp weather the rest of the day, yes, some more rain on the way, as at any really helping to put decent dent thankfully into the rainfall deficit. But yes, does make for obviously dreary conditions, quick peak here at storm scan3, which at the moment has thankfully gun to empty outment granted do you still have very thick cloud deck. Mid, upper 50s, anywhere from philly down toward the shore towns, still little cooler by comparison mount pocono, but i suggest a jacket, you know, really not going to rebounds all that much here today. It stays damp. It stays cloudy. As a result of the fact that we are only in the low 60s, at best, yes, it is certainly a chilly afternoon, in terms of the standards, for early may, thats for sure. Up in the poconos, probably wont even break out of the 50s, chill in the air, certainly staying damp, more rain on the way which well track later in the show, brooke. Thanks, katie.
