A bucks county woman has been arrested for the third time in 16 months. In connections with an Insurance Fraud case. Claire, accused of intimidating witnesses by causing the issuance of inappropriate subpoenas. The subpoenas from the Bucks County Court of common pleas sought among other things the person until file of a witness in the case and various internal documents. But its not the number one problem. Really . What is it . Latest aaa Research Shows that its actually the number of passengers in the car with novice drivers. Good get out of here. Thats interesting. I could agree with that especially when they got they friends in the car. Cell phone use wasnt far behind causing 12 of teen driver crashes. 11 of distractions are teens who are just looking for something or attending to something in the vehicle. I can see that. Cell phone, coffee spilling all over place there. What percentage involve distracted driving. I would say more than 50 . Upwards of 60 . I got to say at least 80 . According to aaa its 60 . Tidwell says its time to consider the consequences since the number of deaths increase in summer. From memorial day through to labor day we refer to that time period as the 100 deadliest days on the road for teen drivers. Reporter crashes involving teen drivers soar to an average 10 per day, 16 higher than the rest of the year. Theres so many more things going on on the roads than there were 10 or 15 years ago. Its not just the kids. No, it aint. Me am of almost going off the road looking at my phone so i definitely understand that. We got to apply what we know. We have to. Yeah, thats for sure. How can we cut back on the number one distraction . Well, aaa recommends have no more than one non family passenger under age 20 inside the car for at least of the first six months. Right now in pennsylvania junior drivers are allowed one passenger under the age of 18 whos not a family member. They think that law could be strengthened. Good to know.
