Reporter you know this town hall was all about stop and frisk and the policy as it relates to Philadelphia Police. It was meant to open up a dialogue about this policy. Instead it opened up plenty of emotional outbursts. Town hall meeting on the city stop and Frisk Program quickly spiraled out of control. Anger, frustration and pain from Community Members gathered at this church in north philadelphia. Many feel the policy is unfair and targets africanamericans. In philadelphia, we have stopped on average about 200 to 300,000 people a year, and of the two or 300,000 people about 80 of turned up that they have no contraband, theyre not doing anything illegal. Reporter explosive emotional outbursts led to many leaving the meeting. You have to Work Together. You know what im saying. You have to love one another. Instead of going about hating everybody.
