Police say it shows the two officers asleep in their patrol car. An investigation is underway. The appropriate disciplinary action will take place. For the First Time Ever federal regulators calling for seat belts in all school buses. The national Highway Traffic Safety Administration says seat belts would cut the number of deaths in large schoolbus crashes in half.
