Eyewitness news did you go through his criminal history and found page after page of run ins with police. According to Court Documents oliver was arrested in 1994 nor aggravated assault. He was later found guilty. He pleaded guilty to simple assault after a 2003 arrest and following a 2006 arrest. We spoke to one of his neighbors about the trolley attack. Coward.
