Reporter police announced they have eliminated one possible reason Johnthony Walker lost control of the school bus on monday. We received toxicology reports back today from the Tennessee Bureau of investigation that shows no trace of alcohol or drugs in the drivers system. He is being held on vehicular manslaughter charges while investigators review black box recordings from the bus and look in noo other possible factors like excessive speed. Investigators are also looking into claims some parents had complained about walkers driving in the past. While he has no previous criminal history, records show he was in a minor accident while driving a school bus two months ago. Walker was hired by a private contractor Durham School services. The two confronted each other for a second time and pullian said he felt threatened. Police say he shot means twice and left him to die and then went home to eat dinner. The Police Officer shot near a Detroit College campus died last night. 29yearold collin rose was a fiveyear veteran of the Wayne State University police force.
