A man now faces attempted murder charges following a case of shots fired in eastern iowa. 21yearold Steven Burrell of chicago is charged after police say he fired a gun in dubuque last week. Police also say an investigation into the matter showed a different man aimed a handgun at burrell but the gun jammed. They say the two men were meeting at a home on eighth street when burrell then fired his weapon. Nobody was hurt in the shooting.
