Floy helped draft a new bill that would require an athletic trainer provided by the home team at all varisty football, wrestling and soccer contest. As a trainer himself at the university of iowa, he says soccer, wrestling are the ones where you see the most concussions, the most severe injuries so were starting with also trying to narrow it down for the cost issue as well.
