The Winneshiek CountySheriffs Departments new dog is named k9 mccoy. Last november, the department had to put down their former deputy k9 ricky he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The money to buy k9 mccoy came from betty mccoy here mccoy is honoring her at her grave.
