One in clark county. And one in carson city. A judge ruled yesterday in favor of the lawsuit in carson city. He said he agreed that the School Choice program could hurt Public Schools. I talked to a parent however who says the schooling in nevada is just so bad. They have no choice but to go torite school. And they say the judges decision.
