By contrast commissioners showed no signs of negotiating suggesting a stay would complicate the matter. Noel stevens sentence was finalized today in court. The once homeless man pleaded guilty in the murder of shauna tiaffay. He testified that her estranged husband george hired him to kill the 46yearold cocktail waitress. Tiaffay was convicted at trial for the crime back in september.
