Injuring eight people. Two people were seriously hurt in the sunday night crash. Officers are calling it an accident. They say a woman was trying to leave the Community Concert but accidentally hit the gas. She drove up onto dance floor. Police have not decided yet whether the driver will face charges. Firefighters are working to protect the historic Hearst Castle in california from a nearby wildfire. The chimney fire is now at more than 27 thousand acres. Last week, a judge decided to require the democratic president ial candidate to aner server use. The group has until october 14th to give clinton their questions and she has 30 days to answer them. A driver tried to get away, after slamming into some people in a cross walk. This happened in aurora. One of those pedestrians has died. Aurora police say the crash happened on east ileff avenue and south chambers road just after midnight. They say the driver of a four runner lost control, slid into the walkers, one person was the 4runner rolled over in a parking lot but landed on its wheels.
