To find that they were assaulting your child is sickening and its scary and it caused us sleepless nights. Reporter vinnado has been charged with assaulted, her nursing license suspended. Her punishment hasnt yet been decided in court. Aislinns parents have strong feelings about what it should be. They want a felony conviction. I think that she should never, ever, ever be able to setting. I think her license should be revoked permanently. Reporter vin nados license could be revoked later this spring. In colorado a mere conviction of a felony or misdemeanor does not prevent someone from getting a nursing license. The board of nursing makes a decision after looking at all of the information in each individual complaint.
