We now return to Beyond the Beltway with Bruce Dumont . First about back in Chicago and we're continuing the conversation we began in the last hour and I want to talk with you Roberta on the and Ken that the Democrats that I. And the issue was sort of where we are as a country the body politic state of the public discourse. How bad is it now and where does it go in the future I wonder at the ending somewhere I think there is a happy ending and I want to say during the last segment we discussed the deplorable comment which I can honestly say did no good and I would never use a comment like that to describe a group of people in this country because words matter but actions also matter and during the same time we had someone calling Mexicans rapist we had someone true that's untrue and it is not however that way there did not happen there's a there's a tape yet the tape as the tape shows that you're wrong Ok well. Yes there is a tape and there was a wrong it it with it was said the content with said during I think words were said they cried he said correct executions are not sending their best they're sending rapists correctly it doesn't he doesn't say all Mexicans are rape us I didn't and that is that all of these are matters that is just the tip more important libel that Democrats are living in and I spit and if this is but I'm going to where there are very nuts and little Let's let them let's look at what I'm going to get to with action we also have a president that was actually found guilty of not renting to African-American tenets that's all true well that's not true this false sense not true either that there was an enforcement action that was reached and agreed to settlement Ok he settled Ok but might he didn't sell that's another is also my price was his father who settled Ok miles Ok so I mean if this is this is exactly the kind I think with all respect for my 1st time appearance here. This is where the Democratic Party is living now in a whole tissue a fabrication if the purpose of which is to try and get out of vote my point increase taxes and I thought the president wanted to meet a boy who was on both sides we have to look at what we're saying and what we're doing what actions are never to the point of Chris is the king is the source unless you know them but to say that our discourse is off only because Hillary Clinton called a group deplorable does not help but you would add also you that it was not to read one of the other reasons why so many Americans despised Hillary Clinton they despised Hillary Clinton they couldn't vote for they didn't agree with Donald Trump but you know what things are said gotten so bad in their lives they took they they they took until they got the wire we're going to go with this guy I mean that was the problem I think Robert I want to get your response to that we're going to go back to calls what I think is the light is that for an hour we have been chatting about like. The last cycle and that's not going where I'll chatting about this cycle well not seen this happen and that's not what I'm doing what's wrong with my lightest level of employment in recorded history I'm not what is wrong with the fact that since the 21st of January 2017 but I 80 percent of the question whether Democrat laughing about that's your right or Democrats talk question about it so I want to give a shout out to the can or should Democrats I spent the whole day with them yesterday again and we were we talk we talk to nobody but Republicans all we did was listen to and what did they say you know that they they they felt that they were for Trump they were ready for the party and they felt that that you know Hillary and I'll tell you what they said about Hillary right that she could even come by to say Yes Ok let's this we don't have this so you go where no knowledge is that and the Russians make and we know and we explained you're right you know and we get it and that's. Why we have our convention here in Wisconsin and that's why we had to go in the state that's right and try to have a conversation and that's why we had our last debate in Ohio and we're working on our ground game we're talking to people like friendly people coming to visit to listen to that and good and that's what you should that's what we're doing right I said we're not there were plans during it's the 1st report I'm getting Yeah of that activity in Wisconsin Yeah. It's good it was you got it will be going back every weekend and if you want to join us let you know just. What is in your view what is the single biggest message the Joe Biden has to communicate what is it why does he want to be president other then it fills out his resume which is exactly what could be said for for Hillary Clinton exactly what could be said for Bob Dole I mean this why why does he want to be president of the United States well you know my my heart is with Joe I want Joe to be are not why does he want to be president of the United States I have to my question I think he feels that he can add a lot in foreign policy I think that's what he would call his strength and his his brand of politics is going to be. Well it will go ahead with Hala think it's going to be a little bit more collaborative collaborative not to be authoritarian he's going to go through the you know he'll go down to the Senate like he always has and know how conversations across the aisle do believe though do you understand that at this point in time maybe maybe for some Americans that is the style of a wimp That's the stuff that's the style that's that's the polite rhetorical style that was rejected by the American people that's why that's why they voted for a guy who talks like he's the guy at the end of the bar because that's the way they talk well they're not polite I don't think you're going to get having conversations I don't want to see if you think of the guy I would he be a tough guy to be reasonable and I think that Joe Biden has a lot to offer in terms of relationships and you know where has he been tough I'm saying he doesn't have to be a tough guy. You know I'm saying that there's a lot of and so we're going to have we're going to have a tough guy against a polite I would say the Trump isn't the tough guy I would say that he is you know I would I would be the only person in the well you know if he was a tough guy he would have got a Spurs you know in Vietnam if that if I'm a doctor is you know he's not really a tough guy but is a smart guy. To try out a guy who did it was to do it was called could be that the coward that's a coward Ok but again you know what 62000000 people knew that and they still voted for him are they all cowards No course not now but imagine that a man that one has no idea that he did not go to Vietnam he was a generation of a lot of young men who did not go to Vietnam because they were in school they had medical issues they had all kinds of issues why they didn't go so just because he didn't go and you found which you consider to be phony bone spurs does not make him either coward or unpatriotic aside that is let's let's go back to not like he said go to that is not what he said because he's a much more polite human being that that's Madison his speech at the else method where he made. A joke and so he made a joke about it let's go online to Patrick you're on the air head thank you Bruce procedure taken Michael thank you sir I just had a very basic question I I had never known or read anything about Joe Biden doing you know getting. Ukraine or China until it broke with. Ukraine yes this Russian right and I'm just wondering why the group think I mean. I am a very informed like I am. Person but I had no knowledge of this whatsoever in I think greatly that made the pectic the answer to your question is I don't think many Washington based journalists care too much about looking back at what happened you know for 8 years ago that's number one number 2 he was a member of the Obama administration they were not very. Aggressive then looking for things there and they didn't think there was anything wrong with it and that's that's why you're learning about it now because the pres of the United States as us talking about it. He's well. Economy is not working for everybody especially those in jobs where unscrupulous businesses keep wages lower by hiring millions of illegal workers those businesses could use the government's verify system to prevent illegal hiring but they refuse what's best for the country let businesses continue to hire illegal workers or require and verify raise wages and recruit left behind Americans see what voters want at their 5 Works dot com paid for by Numbers USA because numbers count and. Stay tuned we can have more of Beyond the Beltway with Bruce Dumont. Back in there in Chicago and we are on the hearing even they are all on the air folks so let's just say just a few moments we're going to be Joy joined by Judge Jeanine Pirro author of the book radicals a resistance and revenge and she'll have a lot to say and we will hear from her in just a model take a call in just a moment but I want to just take a moment to to share with you something that I had an opportunity to experience this past week it was one of the most enjoy little sort of public lectures that I've attended in a long time I went to see Ronan Farrow. The Pulitzer Prize winning writer who basically broke the Harvey Weinstein's story or certainly expanded a part of the team that certainly broken and he's written a new book called catch and kill catch and kill is about the origin. As of the investigation into Harvey Weinstein and the the the development of the me too movement now before you say why would I want to read that book is because part of the story a big part of the story is how n.b.c. News killed that story that's that's the kill in this book it's called catch and kill and again this is the story of a reporter Cronin barrel and his his producer they were both in attendance at the Harris later in Chicago part of Chicago Ideas Week they told chapter and verse as to what happened to them when they had this huge story and n.b.c. Crushed it they smash it they basically toll road and feral go peddle it someplace else he went to peddle It's a place else and he gave them he gave The New Yorker the opportunity to break the story that he had worked on it n.b.c. News and he talks about the decisions and the things that were said to him by the executives of n.b.c. News that were in place then and you know what they're in place now and if you want to know you know we've talked about how how networks by the way I see you may not see this program at some point in the future for what I'm about to say but I'm just going to say it we've talked about the the the the city yesterday Ciar of network news this is chapter and verse how one network a very powerful network killed a story and as I was listening to this story delivered by Ronan Farrow who again is viewed by many as this great reporter any is what reminded me of back during the impeachment of William Jefferson Clinton when Lisa Meyers one of the respected network correspondents had an interview with one need a Broderick who had alleged that Bill Clinton raped her right on camera. Lisa Meyers had done the necessary background and n.b.c. Killed that story right and as I was listening to Roland Farrow tell his story about how he and his producer were trying to get the story of Harvey Weinstein out they kept running into pressure from Harvey Weinstein from Fugs that hired by Harvey Weinstein by and by friends other media people that were putting up pressure building a climate to kill this story and I said to myself play that story sounds familiar and to me it was the same m.o. That was used against Lisa Meyers to kill the story of when he took Broderick and allegations of rape against Bill Clinton right now again I'm glad you read the book you may disagree with it but I have to it it is it's a phenomenal book it's available you've got to go out and get it it's called catch and kill ketchin killed by Ronan Farrow and again it's a it's a great story of journalistic integrity and how to reporters when they run into the power of a network especially when that power of the network is there to keep the truth from coming out because the guy they're going after was a sacred cow and they wanted to protect him and by the way all this was going on while Matt Lauer right writes host of The Today Show right it's absolutely devastating if you haven't read it I'm going to recommend this book more than anything I've ever recommended on this program because it gets to the heart of a corrupt television news operation and one that I grew up admiring more than any other in my home and be seen. Huntley and Brinkley that they were the gold standard Richard Valarie Ani you know I mean Garrick Utley to use a name a very big Chicago name but n.b.c. Was to me. The gold standard for broadcast news not c.b.s. My parents were both a.p. Reporters and they never liked Cronkite's. Background and so we were a.p. People and we were n.b.c. People and we believed in n.b.c. And to see what happened during the Lisa Meyers exam or the fact that you know this guy Weinstein was absolutely brilliant about what was going on at n.b.c. Knew that there were all of these skeletons dancing in Matt Lauer's closet and then he triangulated through the apparently the I'm in the National Enquirer an American Yes and we're ready to put pressure on n.b.c. Saying if you do anything with Weinstein then we're coming back at you over Lauer and that's how that's there is just enormous pressure there's a great pod cast by and I'm going to predict something else there will be because it in my view n.b.c. Is the most I would say they're there right there with c.n.n. Yeah as being an anti utterly trumpet that yes they're entirely up to that you know well there's one other problem accredits never get upset about this that they accept the support Well they would be better about it if it were going right and right they get upset about Fox News which can barely find its keys in the morning right. But if there's one other point and I make one not anything if I can finish I don't be quick I'm sorry you know just as a as a Democrat I do want to say we as a party I'm going to speak on behalf of most of the party here we care about sexual acts sexual thought accusations. They are important to us and I am happy that these accusations are being taken seriously I am I'm not upset about this at all I'm not upset that these that n.b.c. And Harvey Weinstein and all of this is happening I am happy that people are actually listening to the victims of these cry Toto I told want to make that I totally agree with that and the me to Bill that is a spin out of that and I think that's that's a good that's a good thing for the body following but we can't forget that the people that tried to kill the story are still in a position of power for what story are they killing or remoting tomorrow and I am has to say between now and Election Day is a production between now and Election Day there will be a bombshell story that will try to blow President Trump out of all of course every time he does anything good there's a bombshell start but the bigger than anything we've seen well God knows what that will be but the point is that this is I agree that that it is important to take allegations of sexual abuse seriously and Matt Lauer's a dog and somebody should have exposed him but it's and so is Harvey Weinstein based on everything we've heard but this story is not about sexual abuse the story is about a major American network corporation that decided that it was more important to have a narrative that was important to them the narrative about Bill Clinton to keep to keep Broderick stuff from from the public the way they tried to keep Harvey Weinstein and and the the what they are doing with respect to Donald Trump there isn't a good word that is spoken about Donald Trump ever on c.n.n. Or on n.b.c. Or on m.s.n. B.c. For that matter and and I want to I want to make a legal point if I can and then I'll stop it's very famous Supreme Court case it's called New York Times versus Sullivan which which some of you have heard of some of you haven't but it has to do with with reporters. If it has to do with libel and slander which is saying something that is untrue about somebody generally you as a private citizen if someone says something untrue about you and it hurts you and your business or your life you could sue them public figures can't do that because of New York Times versus Solomon except for one instance if the plaintive who's bringing a lawsuit can show actual malice meaning the person wrote the story they had a reason to hurt the person they were writing about they hated the person they were writing about and they went ahead and they told the story anyway. Ok that's actual malice under the law there's some other issues with it as well but that's actual malice I would submit to you that what project very task came up with this week oh my God about Jeffrey soccer constitutes actual malice on the part of and b. C it's not right I don't know he has to write in c c n n if he has been shot now I'm sorry c.n.n. I don't know if anybody's going to sue them over that but they could I really believe they could this is a very very interesting area of American constitutional law and I think that any court in the world is going to look at those tapes and what was going on at c.n.n. And they are going to find actual malice with respect to Zucker and the present the United States I don't know why but clearly it's there and clearly it has skewered everything they've done since the election you know what I call something that one of our listeners side Adam Smith he's just texted text and so to give it a voice Adam says you should be on the Patriot channel not progress you're so far to the right you're in the storm front so I'm just this is verbatim and b c kill stories of abuse really how about all the people on Fox accuse of the same stuff where's the outrage where those stories I don't believe like what if there's a movie coming out of bed go ahead and go seen a call out of here and a lot of it lot of other statement Those guys get massive golden parachute and disappear at the left has no problem get rid of it's all Matt Lauer where is he working seriously where no one on our side will touch him now but your hand that he's your all right are all safe and welcome just like Trump no Hannity Yes I've been accused of anything what is funny about what I much less look at us and that's really all the lying you cover up stories on the right let him finish if you cover up stories in the right investment in the last good deal business. But that's a good example of. Adam Smith. In. The book. Take a look at the tried to. Read this story and. We're talking about right the broader issue of sexual abstinence and rape. This is this is the new way of calling people or communists Ok Back in the fifty's when he wanted to get somebody in the sixty's he called them a communist life was over that was it they were done. Back in the eighty's when I 1st became a lawyer you said that people commit child sexual abuse that was very very popular in divorce court every time somebody wanted to get a better settlement they accused their spouse of child sexual abuse that was another one so now. I mean and I can't get into cases and I'm working on but it is an extremely common thing to happen in the business world people get accused of sexual abuse all the time now the fact Bill O'Reilly apparently got accused a number of times and finally the network had enough and they cut him loose and that was it Ok. And instead think Chris may have said during the break now he's sitting in a basement somewhere. Else but he's making money making money and his eyes Joyce. Is Adam Smith exemplifies the caller who many you know Adam Smith the caller was routed by Roberto exemplifies to many folks participating in the debate today where he's making assumptions and assertions that are increased on the facts Yeah and I mean I I have horror what happened at Fox I'm delighted they got rid of 99 percent of those people and they should have gotten rid of them and they frankly should never have allowed things to get to where they got Ok and. And b. C. Very sadly. As I think Bruce was just saying has not removed the people who were involved in it because Matt Lauer was still feral Matt Lauer was still at n.b.c. After Bill O'Reilly was no longer a fox and do you mean to tell me that nobody knew what was going on with him the course they did but he was he was clear there are guys saying they didn't do anything about it and that's that's the way it is so let's go to calls let's go to Steven Grantham My New Hampshire listening to us and w n t k go ahead. Steve are you there let's go to Scott in Austin Texas on line for you there I wanted to respond to some of the things you guys were saying about. The Democrats feel yes there are continuing to tell us the same things that they've told us for years and they don't come out and talk to the people they don't do anything different they come up with the same solutions that have gotten us 20 something trillion dollars in debt in the wars and all these other things the Buddha to one guy was defending and he says that at least off Iraq killing unarmed black men for no reason and his solution is not to go into the communities he was going on not to go talk to the police see what's going on his just say almost at my office maybe go to to a staged event and come up with some policy of my own reckoning sensitivity training that hasn't worked and Joe Biden he wants to bring us foreign policy expertise to help get us into the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq trip tens of trillions of dollars that at least Donald Trump would get out and talk to least Donald Trump would find out what people had to say Hillary she couldn't be bothered to campaign and she wants to tell us you know we agree with her or horrible human beings these people are just telling us the same things over and over and over again and they're not solving anything they're not offering any solutions they're just offering talking points that are for things that don't work for them and let me ask you this question and so far as candidates are saying things would you say the same thing about Bernie Sanders he's saying some new things he's providing some special vicinity on how it's going to be paid for not maybe to your liking but is he different than some of the other candidates who aren't is let's say a cookie cutter is. Back the last couple of election cycles not just Obama they talk about we're going to talk we're going to we're going to tax the ultra rich who are the ultra rich oh well they want you to believe they're the one percent. But we actually listen to the people they're talking about their regular people's like I am a retired cop I'm a retired serviceman. I make about $4050000.00 a year but because of the price the value of my home my retirement tell how much money have the bank I'm $1.00 of those rich people he wants to tax because we have too much money he just offering us that a different spin or a different way of saying the same things over and over even if you had all the money from all the rich people in the country you don't have enough money to pay for these programs 1st world like has a question for your comments. I mean you and I I agree with you and I think it's it's very sad and I think that the Republicans must not do what the Democrats have done and I think that they are doing this well and I think that the demo and the the Republican Party's need to be close to people we've got a candidate who's running for state rep he's out in the 40th district or 42nd or whatever and he's knocking on doors and that's where politics begins is at the doorstep and at the kitchen table and listening to people now Sometimes you listen to people and you end up thinking the right way to go is the Democratic Party Ok sometimes you listen to people and you think the right way to go is a Republican Ok fine Republican Democrat different ways what I was a Democrat until I was 21 years old or so until Carter accepted the nomination that's when I switched and I have to be honest and say I think that the party has just gone down and down and down ever since I left and and here's where it's gone it basically serves ultra left wing interest groups and public employee unions who are its basic funding source and I think that has literally alienated it from regular people in regular neighborhoods who pay taxes and have to pick up the tab for all of the agreements that are made to fund the public employee union Roberta Oh and they're going to go back if you want to thank you for the service you know as a law enforcement officer we don't say that enough especially is down we have not done a good job up to now of being respectful to. What cops do for this country and service members but that's changing I would argue and you know I spend my weekends just listening to Republicans that's all I do know and were far enough away from the election that there are some folks that are going to come across that state super sad that might be enough but we've been wrong in the past and we're here to listen and we really really want I mean you're in Texas we're not we're not predicting Texas going to flip but we'll see what happens where you my dad be but other people thought the things we know that maybe will come up with a better idea is is the Democratic Party have they been too focused on black and brown voter recruitment to the detriment of a larger white population I think you know like both parties like both parties they don't care they only care about both parties you only care about black and brown voters during election season but the same call going out for 5060 years and nothing has changed how can you say that they care I got and I got a good one here cancerous but I mean I absolutely agree with you Scott I do think that both parties have a very bad history of pandering to black and brown communities without doing the work I do have no desire to have a history of not caring you know I I agree but look at look at what's going on now with with Donald Trump All right. Having having been elected and having worked on lowering unemployment 80 percent of the new jobs are created have have gone to black and brown people the black and brown people of this country many of them are starting to notice this they're starting to notice the dare I mean there is somebody who hasn't pandered to them he's somebody who's gone in and done something for them and a number of black that's been I'm sorry he's the exception Ok well white from often my wife is black and Philadelphia and going to people in Philadelphia in Brooklyn where her family is from watching white one essential the same think we want good schools we want today we want jobs right. You know you want to raise your children were completely dire and yeah I mean and Donald Trump is trying to deliver that to people who didn't vote for him all right and he's hoping he's helping and the Republican Party is how they know that some of those people are going to notice and they're going to cross over the other way and they're going to vote for him next time around think of that as my wife and I voted for him right because at least he will talk to you at least he will listen and at least you doing something that at the same stuff you know I think I think the caller's making a very important point absolutely Trump I made this point about Hillary Clinton in the deplorable zone the deplorable is becoming the irredeemable what do we see on the Republican side. Even if you dislike Donald Trump you have to look at these 30000 or 20000 person rallies we've got 20000 people inside a stadium or an arena and another 10000 people outside who couldn't get in and they're watching him almost transfixed by the guy now I know a lot of our Democrat friends want to say oh that shows that he's Hitler of course it doesn't show these Hitler what it does show is I think exactly what the caller is talking about and what Roberto has been mentioning that is that he is constantly listening to you know regular people and their problems and trying to fix them who turns out Who are the 30000 the turnout in Texas or wherever he was regular people you don't have folks going there from the east coast intelligentsia or the West Coast elites you've got regular Americans going to this stuff and they are clicking with what he is saying and they are evidencing that in their cheerlead you say he's part of his appeal if he takes by room conversations and basically repeats them I don't want what's wrong with calling it common sense well I mean I just think that's a I did say that in a derogatory Yeah there's a thousands and hundreds of thousands of bars and the average around the Arab revolution started in a lot of Tad Sobber and I read ars I never go back to where it started but at this Scott Roberta there's so many one last thing yes our last I don't want to go yes go ahead. Donald Trump told it like it is he says think we think here's an example Joe Biden he did something and. Nobody cares. About the law but they want to. Share. What. They get away with Ok that's the question we're going to. Come back from our break with thanks very much 1873. Outside the Kermit studios right now $68.00 degrees under Fair skies the forecast calls for showers and thunderstorms between 11 pm and 5 am tonight well we're turning now to Beyond the Beltway. Back we're getting some Facebook response and by the way for those who have a comment on this this so Adam Smith is he from Texas just say he was from Texas is he serious from Adam Smith has responded to this responded to what Chris had to say and by the way you should all know that although we do not get a chance to delve too much into all of the tweets and the e-mail that we get during the program because we're taking telephone calls and obviously we're engaging our studio guests as well I do read I read every tweet I read every comment that is sent to me and I respond to it many of them. Respond to his virtually all of them so again let us know and it's always good by the way if you will also let me just say this if you are a regular listener to the program you will realize that right now I have egg on my face I don't really have egg on my face because we're on to you but I have egg on my face because Judge Jeanine Pirro who was supposed to have called this program about 20 minutes ago she has not called and again a lot of times when you are dealing with let's say a notable guests they don't want to give out their numbers because they don't want their number to be known and so when the publicity department sets up interviews with many talk radio stations and and personalities they say well at such and such a time we will call you when we give them our special. The IP number and then we just hope that they will call and in this particular case Judge Jeanine has not called I don't know why so I have egg on my face because I promoted the fact that she was going to be and she's been on the program in the past again the book is radicals resistance and revenge hopefully she will be a guest on this program at some point but again the issue right now at the moment and I don't want to say she stiffed us but we don't we can yes I could say that she's deficits but she's not she's not here tonight but let me also say that if you if you're a regular listener to the program and you go to our Facebook look up beyond the beltway fans that it's different than just the Beyond the Beltway. Facebook page you go to west and you will get special comments in the words those people who are regular guests on the program we have invited them to post things on the fan page so then if Roberta wants to share something with the collective audience of the on the beltway or Judy sure one or Chris Roebling is a prolific Facebook writer they can do it well you're a you're taking a little sabbatical but for special occasions you would give some wisdom to RB on the Beltway fans but again you can do that so beyond the beltway fans look up that page and ask to join us and we will let you join us let's go to Edwards in Chicago he's been waiting a long time to make his comment go ahead Edward Well yeah Ok this is the day that I make are the return of the return on the airwaves good I wanted to comment that I think it's important that we really grip down to the issues because. We can't. Debate by insult we have to debate by issues and if you've been watching them you would have been in the land America. If we don't deal with this issue civil unrest what comes next. Very important point you're right that Young thank you so much for your pain exactly and like that's why we're shifting gears on our side of the aisle and we're trying to listen we're going out and we're talking to Republicans directly we're listening what's on their minds. You know when you say your side of the aisle though you told me before and you you're you're doing this as a volunteer right when you go to Wisconsin writes Tom Pres did not. Get Tom Perez to tone it down. Well what I'm doing is I'll go to welcome Gretl district the 1st congressional district. There's an organizer there and I just say hey can I come hang out with you guys Geno walking to and Emily furling are those people work for the party Ok and then I'm a private citizen I'll say what you guys got going on this weekend and can I get along and let me ask you question about the debate when people to judge and Amy called the char tried to pin down a list of both war and on the cost of her medical Medicare for all plan sure. Are you surprised that she doesn't have an answer to that question oh she just seems to have an answer for everything she does have an edge here over that but she does want to give a talking point for. Later on she doesn't want to tell the truth well what she wants to say is a little bit more competent a quick sound bite she wants legal costs are going to be lower didn't need this she did to decide by the 1st of all the question was asked as a yes or no right are taxes going to go up you should be able to say yes or no sure you can say yes but here's what's going to happen she didn't do that I mean she gave an opening to the other candidates 3 of the candidates took advantage of that right because she's not going to make it all the way unless she provides some specificity and I think she's right that goes against her her strength of being a truth teller and having a plan for everything and I would say it's a weakness in her armor she should have just sad yes costs are going to go down but taxes will go up she should have answered the question. And she did and everybody watching the debate knew that she did I answer the question she doesn't answer the question I mean even even Chris Matthews I mean it's prominent her on that that she won't answer the question I mean everybody understands the arguments that the total cost might be lower but but that's not the question the question is are taxes going to go up and the answer is yes they will there's a question Bernie Sanders he answered I thought he answered the question right I thought he looked terrific as a guy the test at our door about him absolutely he's in the Mick Jagger club he was on target I can tell you I have been but no 1000000 years 1st comment after his 1st show after the thing after the heart surgery which was which was high risk I was at the concert into his 1st comment walking off the stage was to his paramedic Well I guess that new heart thing actually worked except that that's when he actually said that thought is 60000 people out there satisfied we all had the time of our lives well he also then got the endorsement of always say we want to talk right we'll talk about that next week as it'll be part of the I'm going to sketch about energy alley important was certainly the energy in New York City that I mean that was a huge rally even the president has to acknowledge that all this but maybe it's not done it but the point is a o.c.s. Dalla she's got her stamp I'm Bernie Sanders clay and make her the question is is she going to be she going to be a plane maker or is that going to be it will she will only work if we only want to . Make it stick on the 2 questions in politics who makes the call and. I'm that know we're out of time for our guests Chris Roebling and Judith sure what they have that are Republicans that Roberta and Ken I'm a maid and they will make Yeah but the deal has also been with this I thanks to Fritz Coleman of Andrew Marshall and the director of Doc show that I get that right .
