About 1,000 of their members will march and another 300 members will join the Inauguration Security force. They have been conducting as many as 40 mock scenarios. Most of them to members where the 58yearold exercised. Authorities said he died from bacterial meningitis. He was a marriage counselor who posted a blog about losing his spouse.
