It happened in san mateo. Officers say a man was shot to death in a parking lot. He has been identified as 31 yearold Daniel Corona of san mateo. Police spotted the suspects car, and chased it to San Francisco, where two men were arrested. They were identified as alejandro day leon, and transit, and luis mercado. Police say the shooting may be gang related. They have made an arrest in a string of car shootings along blossom hill road. 30yearold Michael Lewis is suspected of firing on at least ten cars starting in may. Police say lewis was arrested last month on unrelated charges. They say shell casings matched bullets recovered at four of the shooting scenes. All ten shootings happened after midnight in the area of blossom hill road and month ray road. None of the drivers of the cars targeted were injured. The motive was still not known. Police say lewis will be booked into the Santa Clara County jail. 49ers quarterback, Colin Kaepernick is speaking out again about his protest of police shootings, and the perceived mistreatment of minority communities. Now to fremont, where some long time employees of a loney college have been hit with extortion emails, warning if they dont pay up, their personal information will be released. It all started about two weeks ago. Some employee information, like names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and gender had been compromised. The school immediately notified the employees. But some had already received trace emails demanding a reason some of a bit coin be sent to another untraceable email. Even a School Executive fell victim to the data breach. The Schools Technology staff is being assisted now by the fbi, a forensics team, a legal team, and its insurer. The leading theory is that an old file may have been copied to a thumb drive.
