A judge granted a request by federal prosecutors to reduce the maximum fine in pg es on ongoing criminal trial. A jury has been deliberating for four days. Today prosecutors asked the judge to reduce the potential fine following a dispute over how it should be calculated. Each count will now carry a 500,000 policy for a total of 6 million.
