The supervisor who called this meeting has been hearing from alarmed residents. Police do not believe this is a random crime. They believe the community is is safe. The residents who wanted to know if alvarez was killed at the park or elsewhere and if there was significance of a sheet found. A go fund me has been set up for burial expenses. Alvarez was the father of three children under the age of 16.
