Theres still trying to account for everyone to make sure that they are all accounted for. We have nothing more on the cause but we did learn tonight that the prime car believed to be the engine completely separated from the rest of the train. A team with the National Transportation safety board is expected to arrive in the morning and the fire chief says that 43 people were taken to hospitals. Some people may still be unaccounted for as i mentioned and frank that washington to New York Group is one of amtrak. Its surprising that more people did not die. Its unclear how all of this started but there are reports that two groups of skateboarders started fighting and the situation escalated when an artist tried to intervene. Two men armed with guns moving around inside the victims house. Things got even more frightening when the intruders realized that two women and a baby were hiding upstairs. The video shows one man walking up to the house. I rang the doorbell. There was no response and then he goes back and gets the the other guy the one with the blood. Reporter he says that even though the reservoir is 70 full a nice supply, there should be a lot more. Well go up here a little ways and we wont see any snow up in the peaks. Reporter bob slater has been a water measurer for years, seeing both the highs and lows. On a good water year, that waterfall almost falls into the reservoir. When its full you dont even see those rocks. At this point a even a little bit of rain would be nice. Reporter as the ride continues, more evidence of the drought. Dark areas on granite where falls should be flowing. Rock structures that should be submerged and the defined boundary of the high water mark. We reach an area seen by few. The connection between a river and a reservoir. This cup of water will take three days to make it to the bay area. Behind me is the reservoir. Reservoir storage will crest at 80 . It sounds like a lot but were still borrowing from history. We started climbing as if we might have 81 2 years of drought. You know a series of dry years that we might have to live through.
