They say that the child was playing in the toy aisle when the man seen her forced his hand down his pants. Deputies released this sketch of the man, described as a black male in his late teens. Now to San Francisco, police are looking for three men who robbed a tiffanys store at gunpoint. The robbery took place inside the west field center on market street. Tiffanies is located on the first floor. It happened just after 3 this afternoon. The men entered the store wearings masks and ordered everyone onto the floor. Police say they forced an employee to open several cases, then ran off with an unknown amount of jewelry. No one was hurt. Investigators say theyre hoping Surveillance Video will help them catch the robbers. California lawmakers may soon take a stand on childhood vaccinations by restricting a parents ability to optout. The current Measles Outbreak unle veiled today to abolish the belief exemption. Explaining the law, and what legal hurdles stand in the way. Reporter right now, childhood vaccinations are required to attend california schools, but parents can claim a personal belief, or religious exemption if they do not want to vaccinate their children. Now to the south bay, where authorities are searching for a man who could be part of a well organized group that is responsible for over 50 car breakins. We first got here, my son took a shower, and he said that brown stuff was coming out of the water. This situation, i dont know. I dont know how to get out. And the terrible part about it is this the only place thats keeping a roof over our head without us being in the street. Just walking in the front door, you know that youre in a place that is not maintained. That is in a horrible condition. Reporter amy is an attorney for the Eviction Defense Center in oakland, and represents about 50 tenants of the imperian towers. Federal investigators caught then owner Richard Singer on hidden camera. Paying a man to burn down his own hotel in 2011. Documents show a woman named alice zay and her mother bought the hotel just before he rent to prison. In a recent investigation, zay denied she was an owner. They also blamed tenants for some of the damage. Those holes in the wall . Zay says they were left behind by firefighters battling a fire at the hotel seven months ago, last july. Police say she was a 38year old black woman at this point her name has not been released. San Francisco Police say they plan to keep a close watch on the man freed from jail after being detained in connection with that headless body in a suitcase. 59yearold mark andrus left the county jail. The dismembered body was found on market. The police chief says there is video showing evidence andrus had possession of the body parts. The young men say its important to see and hear from people who look like them. I did, you see in the lab, but then when i got the program in middle school, it gave me that backbone and i make sure i have someone looking over me. He also helped recruit more than 30 African American male teachers to oaklands Public Schools and the students grades are on the rise. The Graduation Rate was about 42 for African American students.
