Reporter despite serious injuries, the chp officer is expected to live. They hope to learn more from the officer after speaking to him in the hospital. The sacramento based criminal Justice Legal Foundation filed a petition today executions have been old hold by court order since 2006 as state officials work on a new lethal injection protocall. Current rules call for a three drug injection. The Corrections Department is drafting new rules for a single drug injection. The group wants a court order within 30 days so executions can resume. Right now there are 750,000 inmates on death row. The percentage remains 51 to 49 but liccardos lead has grown up from 2,500 at the beginning of the game. Police tell ktvu officers spotted five men acting suspicious and when the two officers approached four of the people left in one direction and the other went another way. One officer went in each direction and when the officer asked the lone suspect to stop, that man allegedly pulled out a loaded handgun. Now police tell us the officer ordered the man to drop the gun but he didnt, thats when the officer shot him. The suspect is now in the hospital and is expected to survive. The other men are now in custody. A member of the Navys Seal Team Six is going public and saying he is the person who shot and killed osama bin laden. The washington postidentifies that navy seal at 38yearold rob oneil. This video shows oneil at a charity function for a veteran charity. He decided to go public because he thought others were about to reveal his identity. The head of the seal command recently reminded navy seals that if they break their code of silence, there could be legal consequences. Tonight an air force base in florida is reporting that the pilots body has been recovered. Two investigates found several complaints. Payment system has one goal and one goal only. Sell a five year lease to unsuspecting merchants. This is how they make their money.
