This comes just days after nina pham tested positive for ebola. A man was killed on caltrain tracks in palo alto tonight at the height of the rush hour commute. It happened about 5 40 this evening. Caltrain says a southbound train was involved. As a result, trains experienced major delays in both directions. Officials say the person who was killed appeared to be an adult male, but so far his name hasnt been released. He is the seventh person killed so far this year on caltrain tracks in the bay area. Nine little green men, designed to protect children, ripped off the puzzling crime that led investigators to one bay area house. Bike riders under attack. Investigators say they jammed something into the bicycle spokes, and then jump unsuspecting riders. Police now say the 62yearold bicyclist was responsible for the collision that took his life on september 21. Kurt waner reportedly ignored a stop sign and rolled right through it before he was hit by a car. Waner was a long time berkely resident. He died of injuries a day after the crash. A San Francisco man is suing the city after he says police put him in a chokehold for riding his bike with his baby strapped to his chest. In a Police Report obtained by ktvu, an officer pulled over a man south of market last december. Officers told him quote, you need a helmet for your child. Police say the incident escalated after he used a swear word and refused to give his id. Police then used a chokehold on him. His Attorney Says it never should have gone that far. Somebody should have tried to communicate with him. Tell him why he was stopped. Or asked him to walk his bike. No charges were filed. Police and the City Attorney declined to comment on the lawsuit.
