Crowds are getting smaller almost two weeks after the death of 18yearold michael brown. Today a group of protesters delivered thousands of signatures to the county court. They want the prosecutor looking into the Police Shooting to step down in large part because several members of his family work for law enforcement. Browns parents say they think officer Darren Wilson should go to jail. He was a teenager. He was growing up. He was only 18. He had a chance to make a mistake and correct it. But one neighbor says the 61 yearold man lived with his wife and son and that the other victim possibly in his 40s was recently staying here at his parents house. Loud music late at night had been coming from that home in recent months according to one man who lives across the street. The motive for the killing still under investigation. I only know them in passing. I know theres a one mother and a son up there. But i dont know them personally. Reporter one sheriff official says a rifle was found next to one of the victims. Authorities are not currently searching for a gunman in this case. Mike mibach. A 25yearold woman cried in court and pled not guilty to a child endangerment in the hit andrun death of her niece.
