Washington state is on high alert tonight as a Massive Wildfire burns across 20 counties. The fires now called the carlton complex fire started as four separate fires in Central Washington about 120 miles east of seattle. Winds fan the flames creating a raging wildfire that so far has charred more than 200,000 acres. The blaze has also destroyed about 100 home homes and its still burning out of control at this hour. A wall of fire left massive devastation. Firefighters were still struggling to save homes when they arrived in pat era s. But the firefighters had already fought the blaze. They say that first she asked the girl for money for the bus then grabbed her arm, stole her money and took off. New information now about an officer involved shooting. The Sheriffs Office has identified the man who was shot and killed by an officer as andre miller. Miller was beating a woman inside a car yesterday afternoon. Near the intersection of 168th avenue and east 14th in san leandro. The Sheriffs Office says after the deputy helped the woman out of the car. Miller tried to run over the deputy who then opened fire. The woman was treated for her injuries. Investigators say miller and the woman had a history of domestic violence. In stockton, police are now looking for a fourth possible suspect in connection with this weeks Deadly Bank Robbery and shoot out. Investigators are now thinking the suspect drove this car. The car was found tonight a few blocks from the bank. Earl littler today Police Released video of the car recorded on wednesday. Within an hour there were tips from the public telling them where that car was. After the robbery, one hostage was killed during a massive shoot out. Misty holt singh was a mother of two. Today her family talk about their heartbreaking loss. Maureen naylor today us they also made an unusual request. In stockton the grieving family stood today but without the woman who they call the heart of their family. What happened to misty is a nightmare. Reporter misty holt singh was simply withdrawing money when three robbers took her hostage on wednesday along with three bank employees. Today singhs 19yearold son and 12yearold daughter recall her as a caring mom who always put her family first. I wake up and im hoping that its a dream and that my mom is going to be there but its not. Reporter her daughter was waiting inside the car when her mother went into the bank and was taken hostage. I just want to thank everyone who was there. And it means a lot. And i love you mom. I know she was a very loving mother, sister, daughter. Singhs sister then asked for prayers of the families of two suspects who were also killed. We do need to give that family, those families respect because theyve lost someone they love too. It is still unclear who fired the fatal shot that killed the mother of two. The singhs family asked for the publics help that captured the dramatic shoot out and can help explain the sequence of events. The family wants answers. I think the Community Wants answers as to how this incident happened. Singhs family says theyre requesting an investigation into the use of force. The 25 new recruits marched into city hall this morning where they were officially sworn in as oakland firefighters. In recent years the city has struggled with shortage of both Police Officers and firefighters. These new recruits will help push the Police Department into normal numbers. I know how bad oakland needed new firefighters. Reporter this is the first time in four years that new recruits have joined oaklands Fire Department. Theres late word tonight that a mystery patient being cared for at San Francisco General Hospital has finally been identified. The hospital had asked for the publics help. Now the Sheriffs Department says they finally figured it out. They say he lives in San Francisco but they are not releasing his name. The man was found on bay shore boulevard. He had no identification on him and the hospital said he was too confused to give them his name. Strict new rules have gone into effect in san jose. City hall also started accepting applications from cannabis businesses that intend to comply with the new regulations and stay open. Under new rules businesses must grow their own marijuana and make their own baked goods and candy. They delivered more than 33,000 signatures to city hall. Organizers say many pot clubs will need to close if the rules arent changed. You might say the hip tv show named glee hit a sour note in a courtroom today.
