But martinez says what was not caught on the tape was the guard beating him and throwing him to the ground after an elevator ride that was off camera. Martinez who has Cerebral Palsy says when he told the guard he was in pain he cursed at him. He said i dont [ bleep ], he said i hope you dont walk in two or three weeks. He said that . Yes. Reporter his mother speaks off camera says he wants justice for his son. She says she took pictures of his neck, chest and hands and says she doesnt want this to happen to anyone elses child. A measure requiring employers give workers at least three paid sick days a year also cleared major hurdle today passing the assembly. The bill would allow employees to accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked. Employers could limit that paid leave to three days per year.
