There was a motorcycle unattended, called the police, and police jotted down the license plate number, and they ended up finding him not too long after this incident, and they did arrest him. Hes out on bail, but they are taking this very, very seriously. This guy probably felt all powerful saying these thing to these women, and then the tables turned, and now he knows how it feels to be shamed like that, and he ran away.
