The victim was able to give a good description of her attacker had police who released this suspect sketch. Hes described as asian or latino in his mid 30s, about 57 with a medium build. Police say saturday morning, he followed the girl into a calldy sack near haas hacienda. His photos show his car. Investigators say he asked the girl for directions, then grabbed and pushed the girl to the ground. She screamed and the man drove off. The belief is that he was obviously trying to do harm to her. What would have happened is unknown and were thankful she fought back and screamed and gave enough concern for him to turn around and leave. In addition tonight still photographs, police have released this Surveillance Video showing the victims car driving by. Detectives say it proves the man was stalking the fifth grader. Police have received multiple reports of sightings of suspect and are following up on leads. Amtrak trains are running again between new york and philadelphia for the First Time Since the deadly derailment last week. Over the weekend, amtrak was ordered to expand the use of a speed control system near the crash site. Federal investigators say the train was traveling 106 miles an hour as it headed into a curve and derailed last tuesday. Eight people were killed and more than 200 were hurt.
