Reporter Randall Johnson co owns the store. He says at about 4 00 a. M. This morning he was alerted by his Security Company that somebody was trying to break into his store. This time they backed the truck up down the ramp, drove it straight into the building. Probably had to back it in twice. I think there was a witness that saw stuff. Reporter police say at least one thief used a pickup truck to back into the store, not once but twice. In the hopes of guesting some of the higher end electronic equipment. Their work speaks to their level of exe tency and fin competency and finesse. It sounds likes the loss was fairly minimal other than structural damage. Reporter it remains unclear what was taken. The owners used a speaker to try to break into one of the rooms to take the highend stuff in the back but couldnt open the door. Theres at least one suspect. Were looking at video evidence. We dont have any of that. Reporter Police Believe the burglars fought away in what may be a newer model tacoma with a short bed. They say the car should have extensive rear end damage. They are investigating similar crimes in the area. The stores that they have hit are some. Highend stores with a lot of expensive equipment. It appears that they are individuals that are trying to steal highend equipment and highend things that are of value for them to sell on the market. Sonoma county Authorities Say an 84yearold woman found dead in her home was the victim of a homicide. Shes identified as olga mary dinali. She was found in her home on rose avenue, east of highway 101 in pengrove. Deputies say the home was in complete disarray. Her body was found in a chair. She lived at the home with her brother, larry who has not home at the home. He has been told of her death. There are rural homes. Neighbors say they didnt notice anything suspicious. I know they rented out the pastures for horses but as far as seeing who im not here enough to see what happened. I mean, as far as any wrongdoings going on. An autopsy will determine the cause of her death. Deputies are also looking for the victims red 1995 lexus cf400. Its a twodoor with the license plate of 6 lja 763. They say anyone who sees the car should call 911. Police in missouri are investigating a mass murder where a gunman went door to door in a neighborhood and killed seven people and wounded one other before taking his own life. The bodies were found in at least five different locations last night in the Rural Community of tyrone. Thats about 75 miles from springfield. Police responded to the first scene after a girl called 911 saying she heard gunshots in her home. She managed to escape but when authorities arrived, they found two bodies in the house. Investigators later found the other victims other victims shot to death in nearby homes. Further investigation reveals five other victims deceased and one additional victim wounded in three additional residences. The gunman, a 36yearold man, was also found dead in a parked car. Investigators said he had a selfinflicted gunshot wound. Investigators have not released any information about the relationship between the victims and the suspect. For a second year in a row, california farmers will not get federal water for their fields. The u. S. Bureau of reclamation just released its decision. Naud, the state department of Water Resources says it expects to provide farmers with just 15 of their normal water allocation. This all comes as californias entering its fourth year of a devastating drought. Farmers expect they will have to leave hundreds of thousands of acres of fields unplanted. And in just a matert of house, funding for the department of Homeland Security runs out unless congress can agree on a spending bill. An oakland man is accused of sexually abusing a 15year old girl and forcing her into human trafficking. 42yearold Patrick Simmons is set to appear in court later today. An undercover investigation led officers to a sunnyvale hotel. According to the district attorneys office, simmons met the east bay teenager on social media. Undercover agents arranged for a tate with the girl and recovered her from a motel room. They found simmons nearby with more than 6500 in cash and a motel key. He had sexually abused her and that he was aware of her age and that he had also physically assaulted her. Simmons is being held on 1 million bail. Even people who werent in close contact with the infected rider could have been exposed and thats because the measles virus can remain alive and airborne for up to two hours.
