Well, originally it was reported that there were signs of forced entry here at River Glen School. But a School Resource officer told me that the damage done to the computer lab door was already there. So it wasnt forced entry. So now they are looking at whether or not the person responsible for this theft is someone connected to the school or a former student. The principal of the k through 8 school says on monday morning a teacher discovered that 62 laptops and ipads were stolen from the computer lab over the weekend. The technology had just been purchased last year and was primarily used for the third through fifth graders. Parents had spent the past two and a half years fundraising to buy the ipads and laptops for the twoway Spanish English school.
