Breaking news out of tennessee where a military base is lon jock down after a shoot lockdown after a shooting nearby. This is in millington, tennessee. Two people were shot. Its believed the two suffered nonlifethreatening wounds. The suspected shooter is in custody. More than 7500 military and civilians work at the base. Investigators left the parking lot off mission boulevard because it used to be a crime scene and now they are back at the station trying to piece together what happened here. Police want to know what caused a man that he got so engaged and shot at this mercedes bensz. The individual benz. The individual drove to the doughnut shot and the man in the shop called police. Police say the driver was pulled from the car, he told officers he was driving in the southbound lanes of 680 and exited mission. Another car followed him on brown street. Officers say there was a confrontation and the driver of the other vehicle shot at him. Early indications that one of the parties was driving too slow and the other party was upset about that. Reporter the victim is a a 9yearold pleasanton man. He was taken to the hospital where hes being treated for four gunshot wounds. His German Shepherd was in the back seat of the car but was unarmed unharmed. Its shocking. Thats why you have to be very careful on the freeways especially.
