We want to make sure whatever policies are in place in this country to protect the american public, do not serve as a disincentive to doctors and nurses from this country volunteering to travel to west africa to treat ebola patients. The guidelines call for those at the highest risk to be quarantined at home. Those are little risk would be monted for symptoms monitored for symptoms. A lot of people from the United States are volunteering in west africa. When they come back during that period of time when they need be separated from doing patient care, they are on administerrive leave and paid for administrative leave and paid for that time.
