This morning the city began to take applications for medical Marijuana Dispensary to operate in san jose. Officials tell me they received 14 applications as of this afternoon. New regulations include requiring clubs to be a thousand feet away from schools, homes, playgrounds and other sensitive locations. Until it took effect we had no regulations. Go from zero regulations to a frame work that reach as balance between protecting neighborhoods and allows access to medical marijuana, you go from zero to something that for some people that is too constrictive.
