But tonight, some say its also very dangerous. Just this morning two people were killed when their car flipped on the fifth street off ramp off interstate 80. The Highway Patrol says it was chasing the stolen bmw down i80 when the driver took the off ramp and then lost control. The high speed chase ended in flames killing both people inside that car. The chp says the driver reached speeds of almost 130milesan hour on the bay bridge before crashing. But many say people exiting the ramp at normal speeds are also getting caught off guard.
