The man that home became a murder suspect stemming from a missing person case from a year ago here in sunnyvale. As we reported at noon, a unit came here around 9 00 a. M. According to Police Officers knocked on the door and made verbal contact with the man, the officers planned to search for evidence linking the suspect to a missing woman who may have once lived that home. It evolved from a missing person case into a Homicide Investigation when more information came to light that there might have been something more involved. Police say the situation turned into a confrontation when the suspect ignored commands and officers forced their wane into their way into the home. Officers were involved in a shooting and the subject was shot and taken to Valley Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries and died.
