The 67yearold was attacked around 6 30 this morning. He had been hit in the head with an unknown weapon and robbed of cash and other items. The man said that at least two people assaulted him. A hit and run driver struck a man early this morning in san jose leading to that pedestrians death. Days after a huge credit card debit breach target is warning about risky emails. They said today that some people have received fake e mails from target in connection with that data breach. Target is now setting up a place on its website where people can go for official news. The data breach involved the theft of information of about 40 million credit and debit cards used in stores between november 27th and december 15 december 15th. American express is being told to pay a multimillion Dollar Settlement to some of its card holders for false marketing. The fdic said American Express led customers to believe that an account protection product would work for up to two years. The benefits actually only lasted for two more than three month no more than three moss. Also they billed customers for Identity Theft protection. They will pay 16 million in fines and repay at least 59 million to more than 33 5,000 customers. The price of a stamp is about to go up. A Christmas Eve toy give away was interrupted early this morning after the man playing santa was shot with a pellet gun. He is okay but it was all caught on camera.
