We have a little pink showing up here, and it could be a mix. We could have a few flurries or mix near sea level so watch out for that. The plan for today, a suncloud mix, more clouds in the afternoon hours and possibility today of a popup shower. We have frost out there, 20s and 30s, partly cloudy skies in the afternoon hours. Model shows a little bit of coverage here with the possibility of a popup shower throughout the afternoon hours and heading into the early portion of the evening as well. Clouds will thin out by thursday morning and well be dry to wrap up the year. Alex is standing by with an update on the roadways and black ice out there. It is a concern. I know the sun is beginning to rise and it will be less of a concern. But we have the freezing cold temperatures that mark is talking about and black ice is an issue, especially in the inland communities. This is what we saw this morning. Chp issued an alert for the onramp from fish ranch road to westbound highway 24. You can see where this is there on the map. So bear in mind, this is not highway 24 itself but for the onramp. A couple cars were driving on that ramp and spun out because of icy conditions on roadway. So they decided to shut it down for a couple hours. That was about an hour ago. They were probably going to wait till the sun comes up there. Keep that in mind, icy conditions certainly a potential with this cold weather. Let me show you what things look like further up the road, highway 24 westbound coming out of the walnut creek area. If youre heading westbound with all the folks there, it will be busy but no slowdowns there. Toll plaza, you can see the sun beginning to come up and hopefully the temperatures will bump up a little bit. The toll plaza looks great for this hour, no slowdowns in the area. But there is a bit of slow traffic going west across the incline of the bay bridge into San Francisco this morning. Pam, all yours. New this morning, investigators are looking into whether squatters may have caused a house fire in concord. A battalion chief sent us these images of the fire, flames engulfing that home at 3rd street and willow pass road right near the concord station. Crews knocked down that fire about 3 00 a. M. But the chief told us squatters were seen inside the home before the fire started but that everyone made it out safely. Another story we are following, two stabbing victims in san jose are in Critical Condition this morning. They were attacked at a Fast Food Restaurant last night by several people. Reporter we just spoke with some employees inside this carls jr. Restaurant that you see behind me and they told me the victims had been eating inside the restaurant. When they finished, they went out and thats when they were attacked. This is in the evergreen area, not really a hot spot for violent crime. Officers were called to the area for a double stabbing just after 6 00 last night, a male victim reportedly ran toward a gas station and the female victim ran toward a Grocery Store in a nearby Shopping Plaza. Police found both of them suffering from at least one stab wound each. They were rushed to the hospital and are in Critical Condition. Police spent hours investigating and the victims were attacked by a group of male suspects who then jumped in a car and left the scene. This may be gang related, so still a lot of questions here in this case. One of them would be did the victims know the suspects. We are waiting for more information or a vehicle or suspect description from police. Well hopefully get that to you later, dave. Thank you. San Francisco Police are busy searching for two men suspected of robbing three french tourists on twin peaks. Police say the tourists were taking photos monday morning near Tank Hill Park when they were robbed of their passports, cameras and money. One of the victims, an 81year old man, was knocked to the ground and passed out during the attack. If you have information, call San Francisco police. The police in San Francisco want your help this morning identifying two people who attacked another man on a muni bus. Surveillance video police hope will lead to more suspects. Reporter good morning. Muni riders are concerned, especially those who ride late at night or early in the morning. Police released this video hoping someone will recognize these two suspects. Police say this attack happened november 3rd at 1 45 a. M. On board the 14 mission near mission and 6th, where we are. Police say a 55yearold man got into an argument with two other men on the bus because he suspected they were trying to rob other passengers. The argument led to a physical confrontation and one of the suspects wearing a blue baseball bat is seen coming on and off the bus at least four times to attack the man. But the victim stands up for himself, punching and kicking at least one of the suspects. Wed like to make an arrest and identify who these two criminals are because if they did it to this one male, theyre going to do it again. I usually sit up front and just pay attention. I dont wear head phones or talk on the phone. Reporter at one point the victim took off his jacket and appeared to return to his seat and one of the suspects came back into the bus and ran off with that jacket. Its unclear if anything was inside that jacket. Police describe one of the suspects as 52, and the other at 59. Its also unclear why the driver didnt close the doors when this happened. The victim has not been identified and was taken to sf general where he was treated and released. Back to you. Time now 7 08. The Oakland Raiders dont seem to be impressed with the citys efforts to keep the team in the city. Today is the deadline for the city of oakland to submit a Financial Plan for building a new stadium. A fivepage letter was sent to the nfl detailing why they believe the raiders should stay in oakland and not move to the l. A. Area, but that letter did not include a Financial Plan. The mayor said she anticipates dialogue with the nfl in the coming weeks about that. We have been clear about what our constraints are. We are not willing to do a direct subsidy of stadium construction with public dollars. Oakland is still paying off millions in debt from the 1996 overhaul of the coliseum. Local leaders insist no public money will be used to pay for the new stadium. They are offering 60 acres of land and 6,000 Parking Spaces but the raiders owner reportedly wants to control the entire coliseum. He referred to oakland city leaders as this today is also the deadline for san diego and st. Louis to submit plans to the nfl, hoping to keep their teams from leaving the area. The congregation seemed to enjoy it but the diocese says the actions didnt show the proper suspect and reverence. A Security Guard used a fire extinguisher to put it out. The Consumer Product Safety Commission says they are investigating 22 hoverboard fires in 17 different states. A few slow spots there but not a big deal. Down in the san mateo bridge, a smooth ride across the span, although we have a bit of slowing as you approach the toll plaza coming up the san mateo bridge. One issue here, showing you the east bay. Look at the traffic heading toward the toll plaza and getting into San Francisco. You may not slow down at all this morning. See the hazard sign on highway 24 because they have shut down the fish ranch road onramp to highway 24 because of black ice in the area. That will be shut down a little while longer. A couple cars spun out there this morning so its a good idea to be careful out there this morning. Good looking ride on highway 4 as well, no slowdowns there. We mentioned the black ice, people talking on twitter saying they had seen it, especially inland. Yes, keep that in mind. Things are fine then things change rapidly. Thats a concern this morning and the next few mornings, a nice start to the day with clear skies in the south bay and more clouds in the north bay. Those will continue to move in from the north. On the satellite and radar, we have coverage out there, few rain showers approaching the north bay and some activity here. You can see the pink here on the radar. That could be a little bit of a mix. Its that cold out there, that we could have a mixture of rain and snow closer to sea level. It is possible throughout the Morning Hours because temperatures are sub freezing in a few neighborhoods. Santa rosa warmed up to 33 degrees this morning and for today, we have partly cloudy skies and cold numbers this morning. We have a suncloud mix this afternoon and theres a chance we could have a few light showers out there as this moves in from the north. That will be the case today, a cold pattern remaining in place. Well have cold mornings over the next few days. The Storm Tracker heads north and with that, we are expecting partly cloudy skies thursday and friday, even into saturday. Sunday we have rain chances and a bigger change for next week. We have clouds and showers out there in the evening hours as well, and partly cloudy skies later on tonight. Nice start for the wednesday morning and cool start as well with readings in the 20s and 30s. We have some rainfall up toward clear lake and some of this activity is beginning to move in with a few spotty showers drifting into portions of marin. Its quite cold out there and there was one spot well get to in a moment where black ice caused problems. As the sun begins to rise here, this is a look at the toll plaza. Look at how clear it is this morning. That is a nice easy ride coming up through the maze into San Francisco, everything moving very nicely. Theres the san mateo bridge, everything doing pretty well there. Before the toll plaza it slows a bit heading westbound on 92, a bit of an issue, not a huge one but once youre on the span, things looking good. I spoke about the icy conditions and whats happened is when you see the indicator on the map there, the fish ranch road onramp to westbound highway 24 remains shut down because of black ice conditions according to the chp. They have a couple of cars this morning that spun out on ice on the ramp and they decided to shut down that onramp from fish ranch road to highway 24 until the sun came up. We have not seen an indication yet that ramp has been reopened but well let you know. Icy conditions, important to be careful out there. 7 34 and we have a heartbreaking story. A child is dead, his grandmother arrested and accused of drowning her 4year old grandson in a bathtub. Paul chambers is in fairfield with more on the woman whos accused here. Reporter good morning, pam and dave. This is an unthinkable crime, a grandmother accused of killing her 4yearold grandson. This is a picture of her here, dawn diana raineshewes. Police say she had custody of her grandson and now shes facing murder charges for deliberately drowning him. Investigators say just before 11 00 a. M. , they got a 911 call that a 4yearold boy had drowned. Once on the scene, officers found the boy unconscious and not breathing. He was transported to a local hospital where he died. Police say the statements given by the 51yearold grandmother didnt add up and were suspicious of how the 4year old drowned. Detectives based on the information they had, the statements and evidence they had, arrested the grandmother for homicide. They were able to determine that the grandmother had intentionally drowned the 4 yearold boy in the bathtub. Reporter police say the boys sisters, 1 and 6, were also at home but they were unharmed. As of now there is no known motive in this case and she is being held without bail. Thank you. Well talk to you later. A brutal attack on a correctional officer at a south bay jail is prompting new security measures. The attack happened Christmas Eve inside a medium security dorm unit and deputies saw and inmate trying to hide homemade alcohol. When the inmate dropped it, the guard stooped to pick it up and several inmates jumped and beat him. Probably both shoulders, maybe a hip injury, still evaluating head injuries. That guard is on medical leave now. After the attack, the sheriff added more staffing at the jail and limiting the number of inmates allowed out of cells at a time. Officers confiscated 9 gallons of homemade alcohol and a 7 inch homemade knife. Missy a confrontation with 31yearold william rather, called 911 saying someone at the facility wanted to hurt another person. When officers arrived, he was outside waving a 9inch knife and lunged at police. One officer fired a taser and two others fired weapons. The closest officer had to sidestep the suspects falling body. Start to finish, the entire incident when the suspect had contact with our officers transpired in 19 seconds. Police have not said how many times he was shot but nine bullet casings were recovered at the scene. The encounter was captured we understand on dash cam video from more than one angle and the footage has been turned over to the District Attorneys office. Deputies are searching for a thief caught on Surveillance Video stealing money from donation boxes at a holiday display. This is where they busted it all up here, broke it all up in here. They have been decorating for 16 years and this is the first time someone robbed the donation boxes. They say the money buys more decorations and gifts for toys for tots. Monday a thief was caught on video taking advantage of their kindness. This came for the kids. Imagine if the kids find out, they stole our money. It could be out of desperation or a crime of opportunity. Its unfortunate regardless of the reason. But they plan to keep up the display through new years day. If you recognize this man in the video, call the sheriffs office. Prosecutors in the trial of raymond chow will call rebuttal witnesses today. The defense rested its case yesterday. A threejudge Appeals Court rejected a motion by the prosecution to reveal the identities of undercover agents who dealt with chow in the investigation. Hes accused of orchestrating another murder. The 18yearold affluenza teen and his mother are due to be extradited back to texas today after weeks on the run. Ethan couch was found with his mother in Puerto Vallarta after one of them used a cell phone to order pizza. They disappeared december 10th after couch didnt show up for his probation officer. They had something akin to a Going Away Party before they got found. Our suspicion that his mother was assisting him and helping him has proven true. Back in june 2013, couch was 16 years old and driving drunk when he killed four people. His defense team convinced a jury that the teen suffered from what they call affluenza, saying his wealthy parents spoiled him so much that he didnt know right from wrong. That led to couch receiving probation rather than a prison sentence. Call and set up an appointment if you dont have gas and heat. More than 6,000 homes lost Service Sunday and service has been restored to the most of the homes but some still dont have service because they were not home when crews came back around to turn it on. A lot of the homeowners, this is a second home for them. During the holidays a lot of people are on vacation. They are still investigating the outage and say there is a backup system to be sure it doesnt happen again. The 900pound elephant seal determined to cross highway 37 has been moved. Rescuers from the Marine Mammal center tried to nudge the seal back to the bay and get her to swim there. Shed been hanging out near highway 37 since monday. Yesterday they sedated her and put her in a truck and drove her to an elephant seal colony. They dont know why she was so determined to cross that road but they say she is in good health and she is pregnant. This is the perfect environment, other species and she wont be bothered. Its a great spot for her new baby. The seals tend to give birth in december or january. The disney movie frozen remains popular among children but one product has some points outraged. It is fish ranch road, and you can see on the map there, the onramp to westbound highway 24 is closed now. That is because of ice on the roadway there that they are trying to deal with. A couple of cars spun out early this morning on the ice there, so chp decided to shut this thing down. It could remain shut down for another hour or so. They want no ice to present a hazard for drivers. So be aware when you head out, you could encounter black ice on some of the roadways this morning. Well head south and show you the south bay. Thats generally been a good ride, no crashes reported there right now and all the freeways look pretty good. Highway 24, that ride is slowing a bit out of walnut creek but nothing major to be concerned about there. Also we can take you to 880 coming up in the downtown oakland area. That righthand side traffic is northbound 880 past oracle arena, slowing down just a tad but no issues reported in that part of the bay area. 7 49, mark. The biggest cargo ship ever to visit the United States will arrive tomorrow at the port of oakland. The Benjamin Franklin is almost a quarter mile long and can carry 18,000 shipping containers. Oakland is one of the few american ports that can receive such a megaship. The port invested millions to dredge channels to 50 feet to receive a megaship. The one issue we have been tracking all morning long, and ties in with the freezing temperatures, theres an indicator of highway 24 where the onramp from fish ranch road was shut down by chp because of ice on the roadway. They had a couple cars that spun out because of black ice on that onramp, so they decided to shut it down. That onramp from fish ranch road to highway 24 still shut down this morning. Keep that in mind, you may encounter icy conditions in other parts of the bay area. A quick look at the ride through the valley, 8 00 this morning with not much traffic this morning. Im guessing a lot of folks not heading to work this morning. New this morning, flames badly damaged a concord home overnight. Squatters were seen inside before the fire started. A battalion chief sent us this video of flames engulfing that house. Luckily no one was hurt and everyone made it out safely. San Francisco Police want your help to find two men who attacked another man on a muni bus. Brian flores is in San Francisco now, and this was caught on Surveillance Video. Reporter it was. Good morning, guys. This has some riders concerned, especially those who ride late at night or early in the morning. Recently Police Released this video in hopes someone recognizes the two suspects. This happened november 3rd at 1 45 a. M. Near mission and sixth. Police say a 55yearold man got into an argument with the men because he suspected they were trying to rob other passengers. That led to a confrontation and one man is seen coming on and off the bus four times to attack the man. But he punches and kicks at least one of the suspects. I usually sit up front and just pay attention, dont wear head phones or talk on the phone. Reporter at one point the victim took off his jacket and appeared to return to his seat, and one of the suspects came back in and ran off with his jacket. Its unclear if anything was inside the jacket but Police Describe one of the suspects as 52 and the other 59. Its also unclear why the driver didnt close the doors during this incident. The victim was not identified but police say he received several hits to the head and was taken to the hospital and later treated and released. Thank you, brian. A man and woman are also in the hospital fighting for their lives this morning after they were attacked in the south bay. The stabbings occurred just outside a Fast Food Restaurant. Reporter the men responsible are still on the loose this morning. The only evidence of the crime here is still this police tape that you see up near the chevron gas station. For the past hour at this gas station, one of the employees was hosing down the asphalt here because there was a lot of blood on the ground and thats because this is where the victim ran after he was stabbed near a carls jr. Across the street. Police say a man and woman were attacked just after 6 00 last night near congresswomen by and white road. The woman reportedly ran to a nearby asian Grocery Store in the same Shopping Plaza and the man ran to a gas station in the other direction. They are both in the hospital in Critical Condition. Police talked to witnesses and say it appears they were attacked by a group of men who got away in a car. We dont have a description of the vehicle or suspects yet but officers are working on that. They are also looking at Surveillance Video from the nearby businesses to help them. We are hearing this could be gang related and may have started inside the restaurant. We are waiting to hear more details about that. I was talking to some of the employees inside this carls jr. And they had mentioned that the victims had been eating there before the attack happened outside. Thank you. 8 09. Police are searching for two men suspected of robbing three french tourists on twin peaks. They were taking photos monday morning when they were robbed of their passports, cameras and money. One of the victims was 81 years old and passed out during the attack. If you have information, call San Francisco police. Police in union city say a man arrested for a home burglary is suspected of other property crimes in the bay area. 55yearold John Winchester was linked to a Christmas Day burglary in union city through home Surveillance Video posted on facebook. Police are also investigating winchester for the theft of a package from a home in pleasanton on november 23rd. The homeowner says when he saw the facebook video from union city, he made the connection to his theft. Its upsetting that it happened toes but once we saw the facebook video of him trying to break in the house on union city on Christmas Day in broad daylight, that was really upsetting. Police say he is charged with residential burglary and has been booked into jail. Coming up, the woman who made Princess Leia famous is fighting back. Chicagos mayor and Police Superintendent plan to announce a Major Overhaul of the policy surrounding Chicago Police officers use of force. This is in response to the public outcry after dash cam video showed an officer shooting 17yearold Laquan Mcdonald 16 times. The officer facing charges for that shooting pled not guilty in court yesterday. The Police Department will begin to require every officer responding to a call for service to be equipped with a taser. The police in the video sparked major protests and forced the resignation of Chicagos Police chief. People upset about the shooting of mario woods demonstrated outside San Francisco Police Headquarters yesterday. Police shot and killed woods earlier this month. Police say woods was wanted for possibly stabbing someone and was armed with a knife. The chief says his officers were forced to open fire because they had already shot woods with bean bags and he was moving forward at an officer with the knife. Five officers shot woods. Protesters are calling for the chief to step down and for the officers involved to be charged with murder. Happening now, missouri dealing with terrible widespread flooding. These are live pictures. This morning missouris governor announced hes launched a Massive Campaign to protect areas where rivers will soon overflow their banks. You can see the water is just causing incredible damage right now. They have had a lot of rain in a short amount of time and its been relentless. Missouri and illinois are just two of the states facing the highest threat from flooding. Days of torrential rain earlier this week caused rivers including the mississippi to rise and overflow banks. Recent storms are blamed for about 50 deaths nationwide. In oklahoma, the search resumed this morning for the Country Singer craig stickland, who disappeared when the storm hit and he was out duck hunting. Searchers recovered the body of his friend on monday. In texas, Property Owners cleaning up major damage caused by several tornadoes. Its horrible. That wasnt our house. That was our home. You know, i raised all my kids there. The weather related flight problems caused thousands of cancellations and delays all over the country. They are starting to clear up now. The bay areas three major airports are reporting no major problems. Eight have been canceled today at sfo. Expect more disruptions when el nino hits in the coming months. Passenger complaints about Domestic Airlines went up 20 in fact First Six Months of the year and since weather is the number one cause for flights being canceled, analysts say the worst may be yet to come. Happening today, San Francisco International Airport is expected to set a new all time record for the number of passengers served during a calendar year. Airport officials plan to welcome the 50 millionth passenger and we understand that passenger has come through. It is the first time they have reached that number in 88 years. This is highway 24 in lafayette, things looking very good. Slowed down slightly coming out of the walnut creek but nothing for you to worry about. Looking at highway 237 in the south bay, you can see traffic flowing freely in both directions. , on the maps, no major problems on any of the freeways in the area, no major slowdowns you should be concerned about. Also show you here, the livermore valley, no problems there either. Thats a nice ride through that part of the bay area. 8 20 now, mark. Already some rain showers moving into parts of the north bay, kind of increasing in coverage. We start out cold again, 20s and 30s, temperatures beginning to recover a little bit. Still you can see the clouds and shower coverage as well on the increase. Reports of some rainfall up in clear lake, and you can see some of the activity beginning to move into parts of the east bay. Possibly a little rainsnow mix for the higher terrain, maybe above a thousand feet or so. We could have scattered showers out there for the bay area and that chance is in the forecast for today. Then things will be drying out as we wrap up 2015. Update on the current numbers out there, some 30s out toward santa rosa, san jose 36 and San Francisco checking in with 43 degrees. Saw this tweet this morning, a rainbow. Nice to see that. We have a weak system moving in from the north triggering the clouds and a few showers out there as well. That chance remains in the forecast for today. This system will move out but the cold air remains in place. The mornings are cold here. Tomorrow morning into friday and the weekend as well, this area of High Pressure builds in offshore. With that, a bit of a dry weather streak for thursday, friday and saturday. Our next chance of rain moves back in the picture on sunday, especially by sunday afternoon in the north bay and sunday night for the rest of the bay area. This is just the roof of the houses there in the st. Louis area. We are looking at a rescue. One person is sitting on the roof. The camera is coming in closer. There is one person on the roof and hes got a dog. Its a rottweiler. Hes sitting on the roof, waving to the canoe as the rescue team gets closer, so we may see the rescue as it happens. The boat can sail right up to the rooftop. The rescue boat we can see, they are obviously traveling very slowly. Im sure thats because of all the debris, the trees, things that are in the way. Again, this is live out of st. Louis, missouri, with the flooding. I know how fast do these waters rush in to flood the area . That dog may try to attack someone coming close to the owner. He was resisting. And the owner, whoever is with the dog, has not to do up. I dont know if this is someone whos disabled in some way. They have not stood up. Most of us might try and get on the boat. Looks like he is trying. Theyre backing away from the dog. He did look like he was trying to tell the dog that it was okay. That dog rottweilers, i used to breed them. They are very protective of their owner and take a position. Mark, how fast does that water rush in . Im curious, people were stranded because it moved in quickly . A lot of rivers have been cresting since the main event a couple days ago, 9 inches of rainfall for this part of the country. The river is actually the largest threat with the issues now. Those are scary pictures we are seeing with the rescues taking place. Incredible. Well stay on that and watch that in the news room. Looks like they are pulling the boat sideways to try and get them on to the boat a little more safely. A quick look at the National Perspective now, because we have rain showers, not in that area right now but this is focused in the south and southeastern portion of the country, especially out toward atlanta. The nations midsection right now, theres not a lot of coverage in terms of significant rainfall. We have some clouds and a few showers approaching the bay area right now. We have been watching for that chance throughout the day today. This is some of the activity moving in from the north. Ill show you the biggest problem we have right now on the traffic maps, southbound 880 through the fremont area. Youll have a little slowing because of an earlier crash that just cleared out of the way. It was southbound 880 at auto mall parkway. Of course there will be residual slowing as you travel through the area as well. As we show you what things look like in the east bay, heading toward the toll plaza, things have been fan fastic. I80 and all the other freeway in the area also looking good. Out to the camera shots here, what 880 looks like through oakland. You can see heading past the coliseum, everything is moving nicely this morning. No major slowdowns in the area. And how about this, what the bay bridge toll plaza looks like here. Its just been very light all morning long. We have not even seen much in the way of any backup at the toll plaza today. 8 37 is the time. Quickly we want to update the story here. The man and his dog have been rescued and they are in that boat. Rottweilers are very protective but they were able to calm the dog down and they are both in the boat. This is again in the st. Louis area, greater st. Louis area in missouri, completely flooded. Incredible video. Well follow that throughout the morning. We have a heartbreaking story to talk about. A child is dead, his grandmother arrested, accused of drowning her 4yearold grandson in a bathtub. Paul chambers has the details of the arrest. Reporter some say this is an unthinkable crime, a grandmother accused of killing her own grandson. They have arrested the grandmother for homicide. They were able to determine that the grandmother had intentionally drowned the 4 yearold boy in the bathtub. Reporter police say dawn diana raineshewes had custody of her grandson and now shes facing charges for drowning him. Yesterday they got a call a 4 yearold had drowned and once on scene, they found the boy not breathing. They began resuscitation efforts, he was transported to a local Trauma Center where he died. Reporter his 1yearold and 6yearold sisters were also home but they were unharmed. As of now, there is no motive in this case and she is being held without bail. A brutal attack on a correctional officer in a south bay jail Christmas Eve is prompting new security measures. It occurred inside a medium Security Unit in ellwood jail, where suspected gang members are housed. Deputies saw one inmate hiding alcohol. When he dropped it, the guard bent over to pick it up and the group of inmates jumped him. They were punching him, kicking him, kneeing him in the head and everything. He is very, very fortunate but did sustain injuries. The guard was treated for shoulder injuries, possibly hip and head injuries. The sheriff added more staffing at the jail and is limit to go number of inmates allowed out of cells at a given time. Correctional officers confiscated nine gallons of homemade alcohol and a 7inch homemade knife. Some families in Discovery Bay have no service because they were not home when crews came to turn the gas back on after an outage. New this morning, bill cosby will be charged in connection with a Sexual Assault allegation. The prosecutor in pennsylvania says he sexually assaulted a woman in 2004. She claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her at his home in philadelphia. Chicago previously said under oath hed had consensual sex with that woman. The previous District Attorney refused to charge cosby in 2005. Prosecutors reopened the case over the summer after they said new evidence was unsealed on the womens civil case. On the evening in question, mr. Cosby urged her to take pills that he provided to her and to drink wine, the effect of which rendered her unable to move and he committed aggravated indecent assault upon her. This is the first criminal case against cosby since the allegations have been coming out over the past year. If he is convicted, he could face up to ten years in prison and be fined 25,000. Actor mark salling is facing child pornography charges. The former glee star was arrested yesterday, released on bail in the afternoon. Police say the lapd internet crimes against Children Task force found more than a thousand images of Child Sexual Exploitation on his computer. New this morning, a New York Knicks player was shot and robbed outside a Queens Strip Club about 4 00 a. M. He was walking to a car when he was surrounded by men wearing ski masks and they demanded his jewelry. He was shot once in the knee and police say he is in stable condition. No arrests have been made. Star wars actress Carrie Fisher is on twitter responding to critics about the way she looks. The new lanes on the Golden Gate Bridge will change the current configuration of four northbound lanes and two southbound. Now it will be even, three lanes in both directions. And get ready for bart fares to go up in the new year by almost 3. 5 starting on friday. If you commute between walnut creek and downtown San Francisco, youre going to pay about 15 cents more each way. If you go all the way to sfo, it will cost an extra 35 cents. This is part of barts plan to raise fares every other year to help pay for new train cars and also for maintenance. The clipper cards are getting a super bowl makeover. Here are the special Edition Super bowl 50 clipper cards. You can use them to pay fares on 17 Public Transit systems all over the bay area. Thats a nice looking ride there, no major slowdowns to worry about. Ill also show you highway 24 as you come out of walnut creek. A new Study Suggests alcohol impairs peoples inhibitions, possibly causing them to lose selfcontrol and eat more. The study says Scientists Say the study involved a small sample size and they need more research but they are finding the link between Alcohol Consumption and weight gain. And a new study discovered people like healthy food more if they make it themselves. In a study, 120 women tasted milk shakes with healthy ingredients or unhealthy ingredients.
