The car plowed into the park Police Vehicle that did hit another Police Vehicle and a civilian vehicle, and the passenger died at the scene that was in the red car, the driver was taken to the hospital in critical condition. You can see the officers are on the scene investigating this as a possible vehicular homicide since the passenger died, and no word on the identity of the people in the red car or the officers involved, but no Oakland Police officers were injured in the incident. Again that shooting happened around 10 pm last night, and at 3 am the red vehicle coming down 35th avenue collided with one or two open Police Vehicles.
