There were two stolen car suspects that apparently stole two cars at the car dealership in fremont. One driver crashed near the dakota overrode dakota road, one suspect is in custody, caught by the hayward police. Another suspects suspect remains on the loose this morning. It sounds like they may have been chased by Security Guard or employee at the car dealership at the time.
