And Monterey County, three boys have been arrested in connection with the Sexual Assault of a 14yearold girl who was found unconscious on a sidewalk. The boys are facing rape charges. Police got a call last wednesday about a girl lying on the sidewalk. Paramedics determined she was extremely intoxicated. They took her to the house itll. Doctors say she had been sexually assaulted and notified police. She was airlifted to a San Jose Hospital because her alcohol content, her bloodalcohol level was near lethal levels. Police along with the Monterey County District Attorneys office learned the victim was with several teenage boys on the night of the assault. In lake county, a daylong manhunt ended with the arrest of a suspect accused of shouting shooting at caltrans officers and a chp office. Joshua brown faces charges including criminal threats and assault with a deadly weapon. Yesterday the incident began when he confronted a caltrans worker at his role property.
