And, it does look like he got off of the freeway and then, thats actually southbound at 16 and he got onto the freeway going the wrong way and he caused a wrong way accident on the freeway. A second video shows that damage of a car that this person was hit by that miracle. No serious injuries but that person was hit by a vehicle and again, it looks like the car is being searched by police. And, the chase is over. They will have more from the scene coming up shortly. At one point he got on a wrong way and ended up hitting a car and when we were following him, he then ended up getting stopped on total road by chp officers. He ended up putting the car back in reverse in getting off of 24. This is total road this is where the pursuit ended the whole time that he was going anywhere between five and 15 Miles Per Hour with his hazard lights on were still trying to find out from officers how this pursuit came to an end. But he was on the ground he was handcuffed and as you saw, was being transported by the ambulance.
