He said something about him having another bomb. To take out a city block. She was shot in the stomach. Today she is recovering. No richmond Police Officers have been placed on leave but the assistant chief said the department is looking at several officers. We recently learned we have several officers who may have been connected to the lady that was involved in the oakland investigation. We have opened an internal investigation into the matter. The sex misconduct investigation surrounds just one wanted. The daughter of an Oakland Police dispatcher and admitted sex worker. She claims to have slept with offduty officers from oakland, richmond, livermore and deputies from Alameda County Sheriffs Office. Sources tell ktvu that the woman had already turned 18 when she allegedly had sex with a number of officers. If no money was exchanged, then, there is not a crime. Depending on the circumstances, those officers could have violated Department Policies and face disciplinary actions. Reporter the homeowner said that neighbors told him that the driver that crashed into his house had been drinking. Look at the damage here. You can see, this is the homeowners parts car that was hit by the truck. You can see his garage and front porch were also damaged. Police tell us this accident happened around 11 pm last night. A truck coming off of the 6080 exit to jackson avenue never stopped. It crashed into a chainlink fence and then the car and then into the front of the home. The two people home at the time were not injured. Neighbors help the driver get out of the truck and then they called police. The homeowner was in the back of the home when the crash happened it did not realize a truck had hit the house. We heard a commotion. The house started to shake. I thought it was an earthquake or an accident out here. Then i could hear my neighbors hollering. I tried to come out the front door but could not. I could not go out to the kitchen. I had to go around the yard. By that time my neighbors had the guy out of the truck. Reporter the driver was taken to the hospital and were told he was arrested for driving under the influence. The homeowner said that vehicles have crashed into his front yard multiple times over the years that he has lived here. They actually hit the home four at different times. He put up a chainlink fence and a metal gate as a barrier that obviously that did not work in this case. He wishes the city would put up some signage or road barrier so that this would stop happening. He is really hoping that the other driver has insurance. When i spoke to him he seemed to have a good attitude about this and glad he was not injured. People are still expressing grief and anger about the shooting massacre in orlando. Last night the names of the 49 People Killed in the shooting were read aloud during this vigil in walnut creek. The emotional gathering was out side club 1220, flags what half staff in front of San Jose City hall. Several hundred gathered to remember the victims of the orlando massacre. San jose mayor was in the crowd showing support for the people of orlando. We know that this could happen in any city in america. And we need to come together at a time like this to express our pain and send warm thoughts and prayers to the people and families in orlando. That vigil then turned into a march from city hall and across downtown san jose. They marched past three gay bars showing support for the lgbt immunity. One San Francisco woman has a close connection to the orlando shootings. Last week, starr sheltons ex girlfriend started a new job at the pulse nightclub. The letter to judge aaron persky was published in the palo alto weekly. In it, the jury member called brock turners six month sentence, ridiculously you lenient. It makes a mockery of the whole trial in the ability of the Justice System to protect rape and assault victims. Brock turner faced a possible 14 year sentence but the judge ruled that six months was more appropriate because of his age and lack of a criminal record.
