Well, after three years of delay, the irs has released the list of conservative organizations that were targeted in their applications for tax exempt status. There are 426 organizations on the list, more than 120 of them use the words tee, constitution, patriot or liberty in their title. The release of the list was ordered by a federal Appeals Court in a Class Action Lawsuit against the irs. Irs lawyers fought the release claiming that it would expose confidential taxpayer information. The irs fought tooth and nail from having to turn over this list. We have only gotten this list after much wrangling legally and otherwise and because we had a judge in this case who was willing to say no to the government. Congressional democrats have maintained that conservative groups werent the only ones targeted. They say the irs list contains groups that used words such as occupy in their name. The irs has refused comment choosing instead to let the list speak for itself. 5 46 in the morning is your time. Ive done traffic a few times and when ive done it yes, you have. So we are going to look at it here and thats sometimes i hear information before they even put it out. At the very top of your screen, i dont know if you can tell, there is a crash up there at the very top there. So the traffic is not getting through. A couple of lanes you can see kind of flashing lights and you can see how its all jammed up there and after that its light. So thats a brandnew crash. Chp is not even there yet. They are on their way because they said so on the radio. Lets go out to the bay bridge toll plaza now. You will see the traffic is backed up for about 15 to 20 minute delay before you make it onto the bridge. Interstate 880 north and southbound does look good right in front of the oakland coliseum. I want to go back to the east shore because farther up in hercules, richmond area, theres a motorcycle accident on the shoulder and that is causing traffic to be slow after highway 4 coming through the area. The accident is on the shoulder but the medics are showing up and traffic is beginning to slow. So, again, we have not one, but a couple of accidents on the east shore. Of course we will keep an eye on both of those for you. 5 48. Lets bring in steve. Sal, thank you, sir.
